Customer service was great.
My coffee was hot but not very exciting.
The muffin I purchased came cold and when I read the ingredients I felt horrible eating.
I left a tip ……please update your menu and I’ll come try it out again . Meanwhile I’ll stick to McDonalds or the new Starbucks that’s about to open up nearby….

The most disappointing cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I ordered a sweet and salty iced coffee and it tasted nothing like coffee, looked nothing like a coffee drink. After waiting for a staff to chat with the car in front of me for 10 minutes, I was so disappointed to get a coffee that looks like milk.

Absolutely amazing. I’m a caffeine fanatic, and I tried this place for the first time on Friday, and it was AMAZING. I don’t even want to go back to Starbucks anymore. I had a large German Chocolate with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. I also a strawberry smoothie to try later which was amazing. I got 2 free shirts and joined their rewards. I also found out that they put 4 shots of espresso in my drink via the website and it proved itself since I was up until 4am and I drunk the coffee at 10am. Fast and great service, amazing addition to Snellville! It was faster than Chick-Fil-A.

I'm late to trying 7brew, but since realizing this location was only 10 minutes from my house, I've gone every single day since I found them!

The employees are incredibly friendly and the drinks are great. I've worked at several different coffee shops over 10 years - corporate and locally owned - and 7brew hits the spot. Their flavor combos are incredible, and they use a legit manual espresso machine which sets them apart from "corporate" coffee shops. I will always go out of my way to stop at 7brew for my coffee. 😁

Is it the smiles? The amazing customer service? The delicious non burnt tasting coffee? I don't know but I come here every weekend before work. I even come sometimes during the week. And thank you soooo much for the First Responder discount. It means so much and I feel seen!!

Love this place. And love all the happy young people working ! They always ask what’s our plans, how we are doing,etc! My favorite drink is the blondie !! I just hate how they work outside in the cold with no heaters - maybe that’s something they can change !

They started off strong but unfortunately I’m already starting to see the service and quality decline. Today was a sad experience. Usually the servers are so sweet and friendly and I have zero issues with my order. Today was a bad combination of both. First the girl came out and picked up the tablet and just stared at us. I assumed she was ready to take our order since she didn’t bother to greet us in any manner. After she took my order she gave me the total without even asking if I wanted anything else even though there was another passenger in the car. I told her my daughter hadn’t placed her order. After we were done ordering for whatever reason the poor girl couldn’t get my phone number right to save her life. I gave her my number a total of 4 times and she still didn’t get it right. Finally I pulled up my loyalty account for her to scan the qr. I kept hearing the tablet click like she was taking a picture of it instead of scanning it. I thought she’d finally gotten it figured out but needless to say when I checked my account later my last visit was still the prior visit, not today, and my rewards point hadn’t changed. On top of the semi- chaotic ordering experience the drinks were awful. I had an oat milk brunette and I may as well just ordered a tall cup of oat milk. Zero flavor just tan milk. Once we got home my daughter asked if we had any caramel coffee syrup. I tasted her caramel chiller and it was equally bland. Idk if they ran out of caramel syrup or they are cutting back but this was a bad experience and I probably wont be patronizing as much as I use to. $14 bucks and a 25 min drive worth of waste.

Absolutely love that they came to this area! Everything I have had is so good! Love the concept of dual drive thru only! Employees are the best! I’ve been three times in less than a week! It’s a must go to! If you don’t like coffee that’s fine. Get a smoothie, shake, fizzes, tea,lemonade and whatever I forgot! Just go! You’ll be glad you did!
