Does anyone know if this place still open?the number listed ive done called in called in called for 2 days and no answer!!!they have good reviews and on top it's from my neighborhood, so needed some help with my smart TV , but I guess not !! Well if the owners see this please respond!!

I’ve never had to have a TV fixed before so I did some research online to find a good place. I found good reviews for J & M TV Service. They did not disappoint. In a couple of days, my TV was good as new and for a reasonable price. Joe is personable and also carried my TV in and back out for me too! I would definitely recommend this business.

Way beyond just professional! I called in looking for an AC (replacement) adapter for my Sony Smart TV...Joe was kind, patient, very informative, took time to thoroughly explain things, and answer all of my questions. I have a mid age Panasonic TV. Even though buying a new TV is probably less expensive ti buy with many upgrades, but I didn't want to spend the money.
I Iooked on the web for a Panasonic representative. There I found J&M TV. I was blown away by his 4.9 rating consumers satisfaction, with many reviews...
I called the place and asked for the owner. Joe Othon, took the phone, and the first thing I told him was that I've not seen such a great review for any other business like his...
I took my heavy Panasonic to the shop. He was very kind to help me unload it from the Suburban.
He told me he would check it, and then will call me for the estimate for the repair. He called me the next day and was about $300.00. You can actually see a number of TV's and his working bench... I asked him to move forward with the repair.
A couple of days later, he called and said it was ready ! It's been 8 months since I had the T.V. repaired, and works like new !!! No issues !
I can't tell you how responsible, service oriented and committed to serve his customers Joe is !
