Dabei wir stehen mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort und an Hilfe ist nicht zu denken.
An diesem Ort bekommen sie KEIN Auto mit einer Depit Karte! Obwohl es auf unserer Reservierung steht das es geht.

The customer service at this office is on par with its cleanliness and appearance: nothing short of disgusting. I'll never understand how such a terribly run business is operating. Avoid like the plague!
They tried desperately to charge me an additional $350 even though I had a contract stating an agreed price. I was told there was no way the extra cost could be removed and I should contact customer service. I continued to argue my point for 30 minutes and miraculously the extra $350 was now able to be removed. Perhaps a case of divine intervention?
I'll never rent with Hertz again.

Probably one of the best Hertz Car rental offices. Competent staff, explaining everything in detail. Didn’t experience any hidden fees. Hold on credit card was released and all charges were accurate. Didn’t charge anything for 15min late drop off. No lines when picking up the car in the morning. Return was easy and fast. Most negative reviews out there about this place are caused by people not doing enough research before renting a car. Paying with debit card, guaranteed car, fuel policy. They be just complaining when they treat rental cars like their own cars. Also recommending to get AAA membership will save you some fees - especially for young drivers.

Rented a car yesterday. Customer service was horrible. Employee didn't even say good morning. The place is filthy. The car I was given was also filthy on the inside and outside. The car had dust, dirt, and old french fries. Came back to return the car today. Location is suppose to open at 8am it's 8:10 and lights are off, door closed and no one here.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Trust me, you will regret it. This place was dirty and had ceilings tiles hanging down. I reserved a FULL size suv my fiancé arrived. He waited 35 minutes. Once he reached a counter, David told him they did not have the vehicle that we reserved for but that he can give him a van for more money. Once my fiancé told me that I called the counter to speak to David and told him that, the vehicle that he is giving us should be an even exchange for the vehicle we reserved for since it was an inconvenience to us that they did not have it. David insisted that I speak with the manager upon my return of the vehicle. when I came back to speak to the manager , she went back and forth with me about the difference of the vehicle. she told me that if it was not reserved with a third party, they will not be an up charge. She also told me that I did not deserve a full-size vehicle until I showed her my reservation email. I informed her no one walked my fiancé to the vehicle for inspection prior to leaving and that there was no gas and the vehicle was dirty and we only accepted the vehicle because we were told to speak with her upon return. It seems like someone had just brought the vehicle back and they didn’t wash it for fill it with gas just gave it to us. She told me my fiancé signed off on the price and inspection. I told her that David did not walk him to the vehicle and David sat there and lied saying that he did and my fiancé signed off on it. The manager tells me she believes her associate. I asked to see where my fiancé signed and the manager pulls up a forged signature. Once I showed her my fiancés ID she then tells me now I believe you because clearly this is not his signature. David leans over to her and says just give them the money. Now that he is caught in the lie he told. The manager was very unprofessional with tone and the way she handled this situation. They both needs to be fired. I would never rent from here again. I should be manager I would turn that place around. Do Better

Pésimo servicio son groseros ,mal educado e inhumano fui a rentar un carro y me equivoqué lleve el dinero en efectivo pero era en tarjeta de crédito pero me confundí pensé que la tarjeta era solo para presentarla para un número y me dijeron jodete en ingles como que se alegraban de mi desgracia la verdad es un asco las personas así.

Muy mala experiencia tengo 3 semanas con un auto de ellos en el momento que fui a recoger el auto me dieron un carro mediano porq no tenían más grande disponible que podía cambiarlo en cualquier momento que entrará uno , me dijeron el explorer cuesta 40 $ diario y tengo el crédito para ese auto que él expedition costaba 60 $ que cuando fuera a cambiarlo si no tenían un explorer que era lo que debí coger me daban el expedition por el mismo precio hasta el momento no he podido cambiar el auto , llamo y me dicen tengo un explorer y cuando digo q es para cambio ya no esta hoy 6 / 28 / 2024 además que no cuesta 40 $ que son 60 $ pedí hablar con manager me dejaron más de 20 minutos en espera colgué y repetí la llamada pedí el manager y lo pasaron se identifico como Jorge el trato pésimo en lo único que tuvimos de acuerdo fue que el precio no era 60 $ como me dijeron hoy por el explorer si no 40 $ en fin una frustración en mi caso no puedo usar otro hertz en estos momentos ya que el diler me dirigió con este lugar y no tengo opciones pero el que la tenga por favor no usar este lugar no veo el momento en que pueda recoger mi auto espero nunca más tener que volver allí si tengo que usar otro diler por esta razón lo haré ya que al parecer solo trabajan con ellos
