Some of the kindest staff I’ve come across at any rental location. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that helped me out but he was very helpful and excellent at rectifying an error with my reservation in their system. I booked the mystery EV class and was offered a TM3. Requested a Polestar 2 and he made it happen. It was a single motor long range with the Plus pack.

Arrived at 10:45, for my 11:30 appt. Didn't receive a car until approx noon. The vehicle was not clean and had a chipped window. I returned the vehicle to FLL airport and they attempted to charge me for the filth and damages, luckily I had pictures, since Hertz didn't provide documentation of the issues at pickup.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The service was absolutely terrible the car wasn’t even clean. We had to wait over an hour for us to receive the car! There was a soda bottle left in the cup holder that wasn’t mine and there was a used napkin in the backseat. And there is some weird yellow writing on the window of the car on the drivers side passager. This is absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend it what so ever. We deserve a refund just for how disgusting this is. Attached is proof of this mess.

Vehicle wasn’t ready for 2.5 hours after the reservation… the car they gave me wasn’t the car on my contract… has caused huge issues. This place is a disaster!! I would recommend avoiding it 100%.
Nice BS corporate answer... I paid $300 for you to make the end of my vaca a nightmare and made our friend group of 6 women split up.. we paid over $100 extra for the Uber. You know what really says your sorry! A REFUND when you do your customer WRONG!! and waiting 2.5 for a car I needed for a 45 min drive is WRONG!!

I strongly disagree with current rate (3.1). Hertz provided for me nice car for 29USD just for one day! Plus insurance it was around 70bucks with high level of customer service. I did my order online and everything was like on webpage. I recommend this company so much.

This place is the most inefficient, slowest and most painful hire car experience I have ever had.

The staff process everything at the slowest pace and then have you wait while an unseen man brings the car around which seems to take him close to a week.

We’ve waited almost 90minutes so far listening to the clerk tell everyone he’s a Leo and how he’s crazy, but not THAT sort of crazy. All the time the queue just grows and the pace of their work slows
