Simply M the Movement is amazing! I worked with Ketty for a self-care event where she did mindful dancing with the attendees. The experience was great and everyone enjoyed it. The program was fun, people danced, laughed, connect with each other and finished with a stretch and meditation session. As an organization we love to work with Ketty.

This is a wonderful and welcoming studio! Ketty is able to support people of all levels and help them to quickly build confidence. We had a wonderful time learning our first wedding dance and are very happy with the end product. Would highly recommend!

Ketty with Simply M The Movement gave an amazing presentation of the Simply M Method for our Adult Girl Scout Troop 305 Event. It was an absolute blast. Ketty has a passion for movement and empowering all individuals. We were a diverse group of women from our 20s to 70s, and we were all able to learn new moves while having fun. I cannot wait to sign up for more opportunities to learn from Ketty!

The event was tons of fun!!! Ketty bursts with energy and it is incredibly contagious! The way she guides through the steps is very easy to follow, no matter the dancing skills. Moreover, her studio is beautifully set up and inviting. I am hooked and will be attending her dance class tomorrow. Can't wait!!! Makes moving to music as a natural response.

Simply M Movement is a great place for woman to just get moving and dance. Whether free style or planned activity, the benefits to emotional and tension release of the body are worth every minute. I love how involved Simply M Movement is with the community as well. Ketty has an overall positive energy that lights up the room. I recommend going to an event or session and experiencing this yourself.

Run or better yet- Dance don't walk to Simply M the Movement. Ketty is phenomenal at what she does. You don't have to be a dancer to benefit from Ketty's classes. It's more than dance, she helps you connect and embody your full being; physically, emotionally and spiritually in a fun and empowering way.
