星期六還車時才知道1200-1300 lunch time，未能還車
而且公司counter 不在停車地方隔離，當我停車後，有一位帶住budget帽的男子問我拿車匙，但我不能確認該男子是否職員，最後找到budget 並放入還車匙的箱，大家請小心！

Expérience lamentable.

Réservation et paiement fait à l'avance, le paiement de la caution a été effectué au guichet, le permis a été présenté ainsi que le document reprenant la confirmation de la réservation du véhicule.

Or, on s'est fait recalé et le service après vente nous a envoyé un tissus de mensonge par email. Bref cette société nous a volé 411€ sans aucun scrupule. A fuir absolument.

Une honte ! nous avons loué une voiture pour le week-end. En l'espace de 2 jours, la voiture est tombé en pane 2 fois. Nous avons attendu le service d'assistance 4h à chaque fois. Nous avons fait un recours pour obtenir un dédommagement, sans réponse. Nous avons envoyé 4 mail au service de réclamation sans réponse. Budget fournit des voitures défaillantes sans assistance compétente et leur service client est inexistant. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS CETTE COMPAGNIE - FUYEZ

Attention, entreprise frauduleuse. Tout allait bien jusqu’au moment où j’ai reçu une facture de 900 CHF mentionnant qu’il manquait quelque chose dans le coffre. Évidemment, on a remis la voiture dans l’état où on l’a reçue, comme nous nous sommes promenés uniquement quelques heures durant la journée. Ils semblent savoir ce qu’ils font… À éviter à tout prix.

some feedback on the service when I went to pick up the car on my recent reservation

There was mistake on my side, as the rental was on an earlier date, with COVID-19 there have been multiple reschedule, as vacation plans got cancelled

I went the 29th of June to pick-up the car. I asked for my rental prepaid to be moved, so I could use the same funds.

The male employee who was there told me this was not possible and suggested me calling after sales service. This was disappointing. He was not very courteous. I did call and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then the line dropped. This was even more disappointing.

Then luckily he was busy with another client and the female employee services me. She was able to move the reservation and provided me with a car.

Thank god, my vacation was saved, same as my relationship with Budget.

She should be rewarded for such good customer service.

Hey budget,
Unfortunately it seems that countless phone calls and emails are not enough for making you fix your mistakes, so I feel as if I don't have any alternative but going public.
So this is a warning for everyone who consider renting a car with Budget-
Over a month ago I rented a car in Geneva with Budget, everything went well untill we got the receipt charging me for the rental a wrong price (468€ instead of 216€).
We called Budget office in Geneva, who confirmed that there was a mistake and I will be refunded within one week. After more then a week I didn't got refunded so I Called again, and then again they admitted the mistake and promised to refund me.. and then again the same story repeats itself.
Now, over more then a month and after I first contacted Budget I still didn't got my money back.
So thank you budget for having such a bad costumer service and for stealing 275€

Ladrones, eso es lo que son. Me cobraron 250chf porque según ellos me había llevado la rueda de repuesto del coche. Según les entregué la llave, fueron directos al maletero. Sabían muy bien lo que hacían. Yo caí como un tonto, no sabía ni siquiera que el coche debía llevar rueda de repuesto. Estuve tiempo con reclamaciones a la dirección, pero no sirvió. Estafadores, y me da la sensación que sistemáticos!
