Our most recent wind event in the East Hemet area forced So Cal Edison to shut down power multiple times totaling 5 days of outages. The sudden surges when power was abruptly restored must have affected my A/C & Heating unit. My household will be left without heat for another 5 days.

It seemed like every HVAC company I called were unable to accommodate my emergency until I called J & M Air Conditioning and Heating. Thank you, Heather, for your understanding of my personal situation and for scheduling a technician to come out to my home that very same day.

Mathew M. was prompt and immediately went to work. It was a series of eliminating what might be the problem and took everything to heart. He worked up until nightfall and eventually got the unit to work and heat flowing through the house. He felt that there was something questionable about something and that if the problem persisted, to call it in and he will come back out. An hour later, the heater stopped and the cold set back in.

Day 2 - Mathew is back, problem identified as a blower motor issue, call was made to order replacement. Will arrive tomorrow.

Day 3 - Here's Mathew, new motor in hand as well as a surge protector to ensure that this will not happen again.

I opted in for their Maintenance Plan. It's assuring to know that those who helped you went things went wrong will be sticking around to make sure it all stays right.

I learned a lot. I was well serviced... "Thank you."

From start to the estimate, everything was top-notch. From getting an email with Jose‘s picture to him arriving on time was exceptional. Jose also took the time to cover up my clothes so that dust wouldn’t get on them when he went in the attic. He was definitely up there for a good 20 minutes doing a very detailed inspection as well as including pictures. I will review the estimate and make a decision soon

I called Ryan late afternoon the day before Christmas Eve for a quote, after feeling we had been potentially overcharged in a prior estimate from a competitor. Ryan was able to come out the morning of Christmas Eve as he felt confident he could give us a better bid, and he did! He was able to save us several thousand dollars for the exact same service and equipment. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and personable and we felt he was extremely trustworthy. We ended up cancelling our plans to go with the other company and chose J & M Air Conditioning instead!

We only use J&M exclusively for both our heating and AC needs. We have been lucky enough to work with Daniel who we always ask for when we have an issue as he is reliable, prompt, knowledgeable, honest and straightforward and has shared helpful information concerning not only the repairs but how to extend the life of our unit, which are the best filters to use and the like. Their customer service is excellent, with constant and complete communication. When the time comes to replace our unit, we will definitely choose J&M.

Adrian was responsive and explained the problem with our zone a/c system. Although he couldn’t repair the issue he did advise me to contact the manufacturer direct and discuss the problem. I did and the manufacturer walked me through what I needed to do. The manufacturer is sending me a tester gauge to diagnose the issue.
I do appreciate the input from Adrian.
