If you choose this clinic make sure to ask to be seen by Dr. Erica she’s very nice…. But don’t let the nurse take care of you! She is very unrespectul, very unprofessional, very very rude! Plus she doesn’t listen to you….she doesn’t care about the patients! This is the first time that I have this kind of experience with medical staff…. … I had to change my previos Doctor because I moved kind of far…. Otherwise I wouldn’t never change!

Do yourself a favor and find a different primary. They are rude, unprofessional, not engaged. Every time i return, its like im a new patient and they know nothing about me. They are judgmental and as far as scheduling an appointment, good-luck, the next available appointment is always months away.... I am not one to write negative reviews, but this has been 2+years of terrible experiences for both myself and my teenage daughter. I will say that my husband sees Dr. Edward Ruiz and he doesn't mind him, but Dr Erica and the practitioners she chooses should consider a new line of work

I have never met Dr.Ruiz only the rude nurse practitioner. She refuses to give treatment! I’m reporting her to the nursing board. She doesn’t listen nor care! What a horrible nurse!

Erica herself is great, the old nurse practitioner Jeanne was good but the new nurse practitioner is awful.She is mean ,has no sympathy and has no idea what she’s doing. It’s like she is making stuff up as she goes. I have been with Ericka for over 20 years. My kids have grown up with her just too bad you can’t see her anymore. You have to go through a nurse practitioner.

I write this review now because I haven’t needed a GP in a year but this is about last year. At Dr.Ruiz’s office i can honestly say I did not feel safe or comfortable. Not by the front desk staff, they were very nice and friendly. But when interacting with Dr. Ruiz herself as well as her PA I felt very judged. My lifestyle at the time was vegan no dairy, and I developed eczema from stress and other things on my hands. With no testing or bloodwork Dr.Ruiz went straight to my diet saying the only way to get rid of it was eating meat and dairy that my calcium levels must be low. I told her I can’t do dairy and all and was met with “Well you can’t get calcium from almond milk, it does nothing for you” I didn’t feel heard and I felt very judged. I got labs done elsewhere and my calcium was fine. I got rid of the eczema without changing my diet eventually.
Dr.Ruiz seems like a headstrong woman with her own beliefs, which is fine, but I don’t want to see a doctor who forces her perspective on to someone else instead of working around your lifestyle and advising solutions that don’t affect your personal beliefs she’s unable to adapt to the thought different things might work for different people. I just felt very uncomfortable and not heard at all and it’s made me not want to see a GP for a year.

Dr. Erica Ruiz is a wonderful doctor. She is kind, caring and I feel totally comfortable discussing my health with her and I have complete confidence in her recommendations. She has been my doctor for about 10 years and I think she is great. Highly recommend.

MA was very unprofessional! Young and rude. There needs to be a training or retraining of MA’s
Was told to follow up in a month but no appointments available for a month had to schedule with NP.
Physician was excellent ! It’s rare to find a Dr who actually takes time to listen and follow thru.

Went for my first apt, met Jeannie the nurse practitioner. She was very attentive and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. She was very sweet and explained things thoroughly for me. The front desk was nice and check in was quick and easy. Happy overall with my first experience!
