Auf Grund der vielen schlechten Bewertungen waren wir zunächst verunsichert. Aber Preis und Standort war jeweils das Beste für uns. Und wir waren positiv überrascht. Kurze Wartezeit, sauberes Auto mit ca 24.000 Meilen.Abholung, Fahrt, Rückgabe und Abrechnung ohne Probleme. Service könnte ein bisschen freundlicher sein. Trotzdem 5 Sterne.

I do not recommend anyone to rent a car from BUDGET.

Really really bad service- just awful. Stay away and use a different Budget location. I reserved car for 9:00am pick up and prepaid thinking that would save time. When I arrived there was no one there at the Budget desk located inside the hotel lobby. A sign instructed me to call some phone number and an agent will come. No answer after calling 3 times. I waited 25 minutes and finally an agent arrived. But then the car was not ready, and paperwork had to be re-done, it was total disorganization. I did not get out of there until almost 10am. When I reviewed my receipt a couple days later, I noticed the agent charged me extra for “Fuel Service” stating car was returned with only half tank of gas. This was total fraud, I filled the gas tank prior to returning and have gas receipt. I only drove car about 60 miles so how could I use almost a half tank of gas I will be disputing the credit card charges with my bank, and Budget and filing a complaint with State AG office of consumer affairs.

Worst rental car ever!!!
Stay away from this place
We did our resarvation one month in advance and while we were on the
road to take the car we got a phone call, they said they dont have available car for us.
We noticed about it only one hour before the schedule time!!

Horrible experience. We had a reservation at 10am. Arrived at the spot and nobody was there. Hotel staff said they haven’t seen anybody on site since 9am. We got in touch with them, the guy was at another property and said he would be here in 7 minutes. After 40 minutes, the staff finally showed up, informing us that they didn’t have the hybrid car we reserved for and assigned us to a fuel car. Then just when we need to confirm with hotel valet about parking policy, the staff was super impatient and kept giving a nasty attitude. Well if we had to wait almost AN HOUR for you to come, you should at least have the patience to wait for 3 MINUTES. Avoid this location if you are not looking for rude unprofessional service.

Horrible service, they did not have any car even if I had a booking. They were closed when they were supposed to be opened. They were closed. They told me wrong information to go to the airport and they will honor your reservation. Which they did not. I had ro pay a cab to get there and a new reservation. I had to return the vehicule at the airport instead of the city. I would not recommend at all if your are on vacation and don’t have one day to lose picking up your car. Worst service I should have do Turo instead.

I booked my reservation on 11/6 for a Ford Mustang Coupe. However, I received a text the day before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle that it was not available. Once I arrive at the location to pick the vehicle at 8 am there was no one at the desk. My timeframe was extreme important. There was a flyer there to call two numbers. The first number I call no one answer and I left a message. The second number the mailbox was full. I wait for 30 minutes for a call back. I called the first number back and a lady answered like it was a personal call. No business introduction at all. I told her I was scheduled to pick a rental at 8 am and no one is here. She said to call the second number. I told her I did, and the mailbox is full. She told me well I can’t help you. I said what do you mean you can’t help me. She said I’m in the hospital. I call the second number and finally someone answer as if it was a personal call. And indicated I will be there in 5 minutes. Now, it is about 9 am and I was supposed to pick up my vehicle at 8. Once he arrived at the desk. There was no apology, professional greeting or nothing. He just asked what’s your last name. Then we had a problem with the rate. Once all this was done. It was 9:30 am. Like I said I was under a strict timeframe. This pushed me back extremely for my trip. Once I returned the vehicle, I was told to leave the keys with the valet parker. They didn’t check the gas ( I return full) or anything with the vehicle. I few days later I review my bill and see the amount of the rental was incorrect and they charged me for gas. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. HORIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Very bad experience. Poor customer service from the time we arrived at Budget inside Hilton. Representative was not available at desk when we arrived so we called customer service and did not get an answer. We then called the cell phone number that was left on desk. A person answered the phone, however did not state she worked for Budget, and when asked if we called the right number, she answered very unprofessionally and argued that she was answering her phone correctly. She told us she would be back in 10 minutes, we waited over 30 minutes. The day we returned the car we attempted to change our drop off location to the airport because our flight was delayed. The fee to do so was outrageous, double what we paid for the 4 days we had the car. I tried to call customer service several times and was disconnected 4/6 times. The sixth time I asked to speak with a supervisor and they kept me on hold for over a half hour. I will not be using or recommending Budget again.
