We went to get a mani and pedi. The ladies did the pedicures with true professionalism. However, the third lady that was doing my nails was so rude and burned my nail bed multiple times. I decided against getting my nails done due to her attitude. The other ladies made faces when she walked away and gave me a nail filer. We paid for the pedicures and went down the street to LUX NAILS.
OMG the service we received at LUX NAILS was top tier and they served us champagne. Their pedicure chairs are new, and the environment is lovely. Everything happens for a reason...

This was a spur of the moment stop while fur baby was being pamper. Never again will I ever. My nails look like a child did them. With two different people working on me, why?. Service was horrible and I am sadly and deeply dissatisfied with my nails. I already have 1 chipped and 1 cracked nail, base of nail is uneven and cuticles were not cut and this was done today. I will never cheat on my nail tech again. I won't even fo back to allow them to fix what was done. I am willing to pay all over again to my nail tech. They only got 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to give less.

I saw the reviews about lifting and ignored them. Don’t ignore those reviews!! It takes a lot for me to post 1 star. I chose this salon because of convenience it’s not my go to shop. From the beginning I show the owner a photo of what I’d like and was quoted a range of prices. I ask for one specific and was quoted one - long story short I ended up paying $20 more after being nickle and dimed through the set.

Pedicure was lackluster. She had to repaint the gel twice because of sloppy (bubbles, polish on my toes, bulky) work.

All of that for the new full set of nails to lift 4 days after service! No thanks. Never returning.

Came into get a pedicure while waiting for my car to be serviced. I ended up getting regular polish instead of gel due to such a lack luster pedi from the staff member. She rushed through the pedicure and I didn’t want to risk having a poor application of gel polish. Unbeknownst to me, they charged me an additional $5 for having gel polish removed since I didn’t have gel applied after the service. Didn’t leave a tip. Service was very poor. I will make sure to have this corrected by my usual nail tech on the other side of town.

Jackie delivered an exceptional brow waxing experience for both myself and my little sister. Not only did she skillfully shape our brows, but she also provided a comforting environment, especially for my sister's first waxing. Jackie patiently explained each step, ensuring my sister felt at ease throughout. Her professionalism and warmth made us feel valued as clients. Highly recommend her for both her expertise and her exceptional care!

My nails were too thick and not straight at all. The lady was mad that she kept putting on my nails crooked she had a male come finish and he put them on right with no problems. But he hand a heavy hand with the acrylic. Too thick and the nails weren’t square like i like it. They were more round.

The owner husband Lee got a nasty attitude, he does not know what he's doing. He messes up nails badly and make you feel like your asking too much. The ONLY person I like to touch my feet is Min I don't patron them for nails anymore because of the bad experience I had and others continue to have.

I got a full set. After receiving it my nails immediately lifted up 3 days later. They all fell off. The owner got a very nasty attitude with me because I waited 2 weeks to come back to get them redone. I work so I was busy too busy to come earlier. That’s why I come every 2 weeks. I will never ever in my life get nails here again. This is the 3rd time they have done this to me. The lady who does the brows and lashes I recommend her she’s the only one professional and does a great job!! Everyone else is horrible. You’ve been warned.
