非常親切,服務又好! 這一次我們租了一台 Alphard 要去河口湖,還車的時候我把單眼相機遺忘在車內返台,他們立刻發通知向我詢問有沒有遺失物品(有刻意不說是什麼物品喔!)

我請我朋友約定時間去上野取回相機,租車公司非常幫忙! 租車程序也很順利,車況很好~

We booked a car and had appointment picking up at Narita airport. No one at the counter when we were there, after calling, we got the pick up from the office near by. It was heavy rain at that time. I expected there will be someone come with the umbrella, but none.
Staff was okay. ( she physically is English speaker) She always trying to speak with me in Japanese. I guessed she guessed me a group’s tourist guide. But I actually went there with my friends.

價錢便宜,流程也非常方便。 但是裏面有一個戴眼鏡的男員工態度有一點差,可能因為太多客人所以態度不是太好。令我對這間租車公司扣了一點分。

不過公平地說車子的性能是可以,馬力非常好,而且容納了兩個大行李三個小行李?。

櫃台小姐人不錯,英文能溝通,租約有的沒的都有講到 。
本來是租汽油車,竟然給我們油電混合車,開300多公里 才加2600圓油費,算省油的吧!

Upset experience - On the day of renting the car, a female staff was very clear in her reception and explanation. It was my first time to drive in Tokyo. One night I passed a small town in the suburbs, I heard a noise and got out of the car. I noticed that the rearview mirror had fallen down. I remember the female staff said I have to call the police for incident. So I called the hotline to confirm again. The operator told me that I must call the police, so I called the local police. The local police came and communicated with the hotline attendant. The police thought that the rear mirror might have fallen off on its own, and no one was hurt. The police helped me fix the damage with tape and then let me go. I have to praise the Japanese police for being really professional and polite. It was close to the car rental company’s closing time. I called according to their instructions and a female staff from the car rental company answered the phone. Her attitude was very bad. I thought I was stopping her from finishing work, so she was angry. I drove the car to the drop-off location at eight o'clock the next morning. The male staff had a very bad attitude too. He wore a mask and asked about the incident. His English accent was no longer standard. Wearing a mask a lot of times, I couldn't understand. Plus it was very noisy outside the reception area. A lot of times I asked him to repeat what he said. His attitude became even worse. In the end, he told me that it was not an incident. In fact, I followed the guidance of his colleagues and he said that it seemed like I was causing trouble. You must know that as a foreigner, I have never had an incident in Japan. The handling methods are also somewhat different from those in my country. Plus there is a language barrier and it’s just a matter of talking. The phone call had cost me nearly 200 US dollars, which was more expensive than what I paid for the rental car. I feel very wronged, upset and will never rent from this rental in the future.

I felt so bad and mind-blowing when returning the car to this store.
When i was renting the car at the first day, the male staff who can speak some English ONLY told me to return the car with full tank then he pointed a couple gas stations neared by.
After my trip, I had filled up the car full tank as usual then returned the car to the store( been using this company 4th times before).
The exact same male staff suddenly asked me for the gas station receipt which i have never been required before from Nippon,also he had never told me to keep it during the time signing up paper works. of coz I said i don't have it, then I pointed the gas station where I filled up (only 5-6 mins drive, within his" gas station map area"). He then speaking with a mind-blowing attitude like I have done something wrong which obviously isn't my fault at all.

If you need a gas station receipt, just tell your customers CLEARLY when they're signing paper works. Don't just turn your fault into your customers.
