We booked an Alphard in advance and did not get any notification or any contact that this car is not available for international driving license! Now our family are stuck with small car and ruined all our plans. Staff are not helpful at all. Will not recommend to anyone to rent a car with them! SOOOOO BADDDDD

普段からこちらの駐車場を頻回に利用するが、色々な意味で邪魔なので困っている。
まず乗降が迷惑で寄せも甘い、車が多すぎて一般利用者が停めるスペースを塞いでいる、その停める際にも切り返しを頻回に行う未熟者が居るなど見ていて苛立ちを覚える。
自施設の敷地内でやってる訳でないのだから少しは頭と気を回して欲しいものだね。

メリットは、東京駅から直結で便利なだけ。
場所はラーメンストリートの先の階段の先にあり非常に分かりにくいです。
また、受付が非常に混雑するため、20分以上待ちました。
店員の説明も雑で、地下駐車場から出るとき、戻る時に戸惑います。

This is absolutely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly discourage any tourist or international driving license holder from using this service. At first, they outright denied that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is valid in Japan, which is completely false. We confirmed this with the police officer at the station near the bus stop, who personally went and explained to them that IDP holders are officially allowed to drive in Japan.

Even after the officer clarified the law, we were suddenly told that no cars were available – an obvious and blatant lie. This kind of behavior is disrespectful, misleading, and reflects poorly on their credibility. Avoid this service at all costs!

Location is good, but difficult to find. There is a staircase next to a 7-11 on B1, walk down the stairs, you’ll find the shop inside the parking lot.
The exit of parking lot leads you to highway, which is fast and usually no traffic at the exit.
Returning car is a sssheadache , very difficult to find the entrance of the Carpark. There is one entrance of the Carpark located at the highway entrance, the guard might ask you to pay ¥1950 to enter the gate, so that you can go down the lane to the entrance of the Carpark. If you have the receipt of ¥1950 on the same day and within the same hour, the guard might let you in without paying another ¥1950.

très mauvaise agence.
aucune qualité de service client. ils donnent les clés et débrouillez vous !
je parcours 30 min, ils envoient un mail au lieu d'appeler pour dire qu'ils ont gardé mon passeport. aucun geste commercial ! 1h30 de perdu , sans compter la galère pour sortir de Tokyo à l'heure de pointe !

Easy and fast check in and out. Staff speaks English to communicate. The rental shop is hard to locate. But thanks to the past reviews from the community. We found out that its located at B2 (take the staircase located outside the gran roof (restaurant) at B1.
