Exceptional customer service. The staff at the office had everything prepared in advance, so all I had to do was sign the documents, and I was ready to go. The transfer from the airport to the office took only 5 minutes, and despite the office not being located directly at the airport, the entire pickup process took no more than 20 minutes. The car was in perfect condition—fully fueled and spotlessly clean. I truly appreciate the excellent service, which made me feel like a valued customer.

I booked online a few days before arriving at Salzburg airport. One of the lads collected me from the airport and took me to the office where a very helpful young lady completed the reservation paperwork and handed over the car.
I had no issues at all with the car, everything went well and upon my return to the office a week later, the car was checked over very promptly and then I was given a lift back to the airport. There was no hanging around and everyone I dealt with was extremely polite, friendly and cheerful.
Thank you all for a very pleasant experience - I look forward one day to seeing you all in Montenegro!!!

People from Salzburg were very helpful and friendly. We took the same car which we ordered online. The car was very clean and the most important it was safe to drive. We took insurance with them and we get vignette and additional driver for free.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service! The young lady we called, promised to send a car to the airport to pick us up, we waited for an hour because she wouldn’t pick up our calls anymore. When we arrived (by taxi that we ordered) we found out she had done the exact same thing to another family. Then we had to wait outside in the cold because she wouldn’t let us in. Absolutely unacceptable!
