I had a fantastic experience with SIXT at the Naperville Marriott location, thanks to Alex, the manager. He was incredibly patient, thorough, and accommodating throughout the entire rental process. Unlike other managers at different companies, who tend to be dismissive, Alex was always responsive and attentive to my needs. He made sure all of my questions were answered and ensured the whole experience was smooth. I highly recommend this location and will continue to rent from them due to the outstanding customer service. Thank you, Alex, for going above and beyond!

Car was fine and price was good. I rented for one day and returned this on time at night. The next day I got an overdue notice from SIXT and I went to the desk to ask why I was getting this notice. The agent told me she had not checked in the cars returned yet (this was around 12 pm). I had returned the car at 8 pm the prior night. I finally got my invoice and was charged for two days of rental. I spent my time on the phone trying to correct this. The agent told me they would refund me as a "one-time courtesy". Huh? How is this a courtesy to me if I did what I was contractually obligated to do and then have to spend time correcting an overcharge on the invoice?

This was my first and last time renting from SIXT.

These people are running a scam. I should have checked the reviews before I chose this as my drop off. Picked up a car in Minneapolis. Dropped off the next afternoon in Naperville. There was very little info about what to do. Followed the signs to a parking lot with numbers. There was a drop box near that said to put keys in an envelope and leave them. There were no envelopes. Went in the doors near and found a dark empty corridor. Walked around the hall through the building into the main lobby and saw a desk in the corner.
The representative there was already getting cussed out by another customer but I waited until they finished and handed her my keys. She asked if I was dropping off and I said yes. She took the keys and said I was good to go. I scheduled an Uber and left the hotel. That night I got an email asking why I had not yet returned the vehicle. The next day I got an email that the vehicle had been checked in. The next day. They tried to charge me for their ignorance or laziness. Not happening.
Then they send another email 2 days later saying a 4 inch scratch was on the door handle. The pic they sent showed no scratch only the reflection of a striped shirt their rep was wearing. Use this company at your own risk but be aware of the scam they are running.

I took Sixt’s rental when I stayed at Marriott’s lobby and the convenience makes it a no brained. Whoever came up with the idea deserves a raise.

Jasmine and Mohammed were fantastic in helping out with the reservation.

this is the worst car rental company I've ever experienced in my life. My wife picked up a car at the Houston airport - electric vehicle that was suppose to be fully charged and it was only 10% charged - she narrowly made off the freeway and had to pull into a parking lot. Spent 4 hours of her evening with roadside assistance the Sixt showed up without any ability charge the vehicle and then left her saying she cant abandon the vehicle or she is liable. Unbelievably terrible emergency response and had to notified the police to pick up my wife. Sixt needs to do better for the clients. They get zero stars but it would let me post that

Jasmine is the absolute best. I came in stressed and by the time I was put into a vehicle I was giving her a hug. She did everything to make sure I left in a car and happy. Please when you rent from Sixt you have to ask for Jasmine. And her co- workers , Shelly and Liam I awesome as well. Thank you for everything.

I rented a car from this location, and I received the worst customer service from this place. Their lack of communication, long wait, dishonest charge and discrimination are some of the characteristics they represent in their customer service.

This has been the absolute worst experience last month they charged me 107 dollars for 2gallons of gas frist the told me we gave u the car full a lie 4ppl even the manager said yes it was full I had already took a picture b4 I pulled off ok when I sent proof then it's we so very sorry they refunded my money I was told I would receive some kind of discount 4 the next time nothing called customer service the man told me he didn't c anything about a discount then stayed well we gave u your money back yes because u guy's were wrong again I felt disrespected I asked 2 speak with a manager because u not helping he then told me call back if u wont 2 speak 2 a manager this company and they ppl they have work is not professional at all don't think I would ever go back there no real loyalty for the customer sad disappointed this happened in napervillie really u guy's need 2 do better
