Employees are super nice but Hertz as a company sucks. They’re overpriced and aggressive. I will never rent from them again. The cars aren’t that clean either. It was quite the experience renting from them. One I promise I will never experience again.

Numbers for this location are CONSTANTLY disconnected or go unanswered. Attempted to call 3 numbers provided by Hertz and 2 of the numbers were disconnected. The third would only ring during business hours, but went unanswered, despite calling multiple times and staying on the line. Hertz, please take a look at this location and make some changes! Other Hertz locations are typically just fine and work well with us for car rentals, but this location was extremely frustrating and I would NEVER recommend renting from this location, unless you want a headache.

One of the most helpful staff around. Their manager, great guy and awesome customer service. The assistant, miss D as I called her, great lady and equally great customer service. I would definitely recommend anyone come to Hertz for their rental needs

These cars are terrible, my son rented from them and they gave him a terrible smelling car like something had died in it. The car had several mechanical issues that made the car jerk, brakes were screaming, and his customers complained so much his reviews fell ?. They have the nerve to rent those vehicles, and the prices are ridiculous, $450 plus all fees every week. They rent for Lyft drivers. I wouldn't send anyone there it's not worth it. You lose more money than you make, and the cars are unsafe.

I barely wanted to give it the 1 star. Utterly unprofessional, the phone number for the location is often disconnected or left unanswered, and the employees are immensely rude. If you’re renting a car for Lyft or anything else, I would recommend going somewhere- anywhere else for this service.

Additionally, their employees steal your belongings out of the vehicle if you forget them. Then, do everything in their power to make sure the theft is covered up. And don’t bother reaching out to management- they’re in on it. I still haven’t received my firearm from July and every ticket I create gets mysteriously deleted from their lost and found website at this point. The only thing they’re good at is giving people the runaround. I’ve had to go so far as to reach out to law enforcement as well as legal representation.

Terrible this place will rip you off then say it was Lyft call Lyft and they’ll say it was Hertz. I just wanted to see if it was better than Uber and it is not don’t go here if you don’t like being ripped off and lied to

Awesome service, I’ve rented a car for about 7 weeks with 5 Star services. The Archer location in my opinion is one of the best locations, thorough services. Special thanks to the manager there Claude, very stand up , hard working individual. Represents the company well, because of him I’ll always make Hertz my first choice for vehicle rental.
