Rental Properties

Second time I've rented a car from Easirent. Great price, fast shuttle, friendly personnel and very clean and new cars. First car had about 10k miles on it and this last car had less than 3k miles on it. Check in is a little slow, but overall an excellent experience and value.

Worst experience ever! Waited at the airport for over an hour for the shuttle, despite many people calling and them claiming they were “on their way” each time. Our car was booked months ahead of time to move into college, we expressed over and over that we absolutely needed the car in a timely manner and they assured us it would be there when we got there. We arrived an hour and a half after our booked time and the car was still not there. Employees are extremely unhelpful and ignored us multiple times (seen in photo). One was watching TV on his phone behind the counter. There is a line of 11 customers waiting to receive cars with no updates from the employees. I will not be using this company again and I advise you not to as well.

Worst Car rental service I’ve ever experienced. We made a reservation weeks in advance. Once we arrived to the location they said they were out of cars. That’s legitimately your only responsibility as a car rental service. Have cars. We waited for well over an hour. Trash service. Do not recommend.

This place isn't on airport grounds, but a shuttle is available to take you from and to the airport. The staff is very friendly. It's somewhat no-frills, but that's why the prices are so good. There was a slight hiccup with or rental, but the manager on duty made it right quickly.
