Reserved a car on Monday, picked up on Wednesday, took over 30 minutes to get a car despite the reservation. I'm returning the car now (next day), they're late. I'm gonna be late to work 2 days in a row now. They're comfortably operating at their convenience. Luckily as I'm writing this review, the person came in to work, asked for the keys, asked if they can send receipt to my email, and the return is done. I'm gonna double check if the $500 deposit gets released

Reservation and pickup process were smooth. I like that they offer a shuttle service (until 3pm I think) for customer pickup and drop off if you live within a few miles of the location. When I arrived to pick up my rental, it was already cleaned and parked out front.

Everyone must wait at least 30+ minutes for a car even if they had a reservation. Customers got frantic looking for SOMEONE to help them after waiting over 20 min. I waited 45 minutes and was much later to work than I anticipated being.

Came here to get a rental after an accident. Excellent customer service and the staff went above and beyond to help me with the insurance company.
Recently another car rental company dropped my reservation and I needed a car in a pinch. I called the manager who I dealt with before at Hertz and he took care of getting me a new car fast!!
This location is a hidden gem for car rentals.

I've tried to be in contact with this office to understand why I keep receiving a charge of around 100$ every day. But nobody got back to me yet. I rented the Hyundai JJYB31 on Nov 8th for 2 days, returned it on Nov 10. Deposit hasn't be returned as those extra charges

This place is awesome. Rented a car for the Holidays and they were quick fast and very pleasant to work with. You can tell everyone there works well together. Definitely recommend!! 5 star service!

Wow, what a terrible experience. Took 20 minutes of my lunch to get a ride there. Arrived to find that despite having a reservation they "had no cars" despite having a parking lot full of them. Their attitude was "welp sorry". This is the last time I rent from Hertz in FL. Do not rent from this place.
