I’ve rented car so many places and I won’t recommend anybody renting from this place. It is totally worthless. You have to wait for forever to get the shuttle.
However, it won’t stop there. Once you arrive at the counter they will charge you for credit card insurance and again you have to wait then too. I would recommend to avoid renting your car from this place. I must the car I got wasn’t as bad as their service, so one extra star for that only.
There are so many other place where the service is far better than this place. You might have to pay extra for that but I personally won’t mind.

My advice …. ! DON’T deal with them. If you do, be smart !

They put unlimited mileage on other platforms which is not true. They will scam you force you to rent for 6 more days for 2,000 km only. And they will charge additional cost of cross border, insurance optional and extra ; you will pay $200 at least on top of your payment from the platform already booked. Come on man, be honest put total final price on your ad.

They gave me a Hyundai Elantra not a Honda Civic which is fine. But look at the pictures attached , tire pressure got super high close to 50 psi ; I got lucky that the tire did not get exploded. Thanks god ! Seat were dirty without cleaning properly for every use. Disgusting and horrible service.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this car rental company and would strongly advise staying away from them.

A person in front of us, who had come from abroad and reserved the car in advance, was outright refused service right in front of me.

The sales representative was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude, leaving the customer without a car. This is simply not acceptable, especially in a country like Canada, where customer service is usually a priority. The lack of professionalism and courtesy here was astounding. We would never recommend this company to anyone. The person in the blue jacket/ on the left side is extremely unprofessional employee

Absolutely the worst car rental experience I have ever had. 10/10 would not recommend.
Waited for the shuttle for over and hour, after that I ended up having to walk from the station which was only about 20 minutes. However there is ZERO pedestrian walking access and super dangerous, then add dragging luggage and snowy winter conditions at 1:20am. Brutal service. The man at the counter said “the shuttle service stops at 11:30, which could have been fine if the gentleman that answered the call to call for the shuttle didn’t say “20 minutes” at 11:45pm.

Finally get the car, the staff were helpful in the same way you’d expect this close to the holidays and it being 1:30am.
The car the rented me was equipped with summer tires, not even all seasons, less than a quarter tank of gas with horrible winter driving conditions on the road.

All in all I cannot wait to drop this car back off to them asap because it’s only a matter of time before they stick me with some brutal charges.

Mirza was good and made the complete procedure quite simple and We received the vehicle without any issues, but its condition wasn’t great. Be sure to take your own photos of any damage and dents, as they may ask if they were present before you took the car.
The procedure time was quick though.
As it bit far from the airport they have a airport shuttle service to drop and pick

when i arrived at the small off-airport rental site i needed to wait in line for more than 45 min... listening to customer after customer argue with the understaffed staff. each customer left unhappy with the lacklustre service and lack of cars ready for the customers who had reserved said cars.

as a car was returned by a customer... it was driven into a little service bay and given a quick vacuuming and spray of water to the customer who had been waiting for some time. it was painful to watch. when i did get to the counter... after booking the car on expedia and purchasing the car coverage insurance on expedia... i was told by the agent that insurance was not good and i should instead purchase the $30 insurance he had. as a tired, frustrated customer i agreed just to get out of the office.

after waiting yet again for someone to get the car... the car pulled out of the little cleaning bay. i checked it over with the one man who was checking out the cars. it had a large crack in the upper part of the windshield, smelled as if people had smoked in it, and had an oil change service light on and the best part, had 1/2 a tank of gas!! oh... i forgot to mention... the rental company put a $1000.00 deposit/hold on my credit card on Aug 14th that was not released until Aug 21st.

i congratulate this little company for getting so much business but you're doing it at the expense of a large number of dissatisfied customers. hire more help!! have cars ready and in good condition and surely your reviews will go up and people will start their journeys in a good mood!

yes, economy rental car/jet car rental will reply and say "but you agreed to all this" and i will say yes i did - due to how tired i was and how long i had waited.

The only word I can think of to describe this company is "ratchet".

From the minute you enter, you're presented with a long, extremely slow moving line, and a dysfunctional atmosphere. When it's finally your turn, you're presented with mandatory insurance coverage, which thankfully I got out of since I already have insurance on my personal vehicle that covered rentals. They, for some reason, don't accept credit card rental insurance whereas literally every other company does with no questions asked. Scammy upsell.

Later, I'm told I'll be getting a Ford Bronco, and thought that would be a silver lining. After waiting outside for >20 minutes for the car to arrive (yup, no cars on site apparently!), I went up to one of the guys and he told me oh! I'll go get your car for you. He comes back with an old, dirty, heavily used Jeep Cherokee with around 82,000 km. I've never rented a car with such high mileage. Whatever, I say, I still got a good deal for a 2 week rental.

When I enter the car, it was the dirtiest car I've ever seen. I don't even want to guess what the stains on the back seats are. Furthermore, the buttons to adjust the driver's seat are missing. Let the pictures speak for themselves.

Never, ever, renting from this place again. Not worth the money you save. Go for the high tier agencies like Hertz, Enterprise and Avis where you're treated better, and given a decent, low mileage, clean car.

Blekh. Lesson learned.

SCAMMERS- beware of these rip offs.

They charged me for a small damage that probably existed before renting the car. It was below the bumper and obviously we did not look under the car while renting.
Then they ask to sign the damage acknowledgment or else they will keep charging me for each day despite returning the car to them.

Then they sent me a $990 invoice estimate to pah for damage- it was an estimate so there was no proof they paid that much after charging me.

These guys should be in jail if not for their crooked terms and conditions that you sign at the beginning.
