Midway West LA, care of BRADY, gave me such exceptional service, I had to make sure I gave them 5 stars. I would have given them 10 starts if I could!

My car is being repaired from an accident, in which I was not at fault. My insurance offered Enterprise to facilitate my rental but my car collision service center gave me Brady's direct contact at Midway. Brady not only worked with my budget, he had a driver at my door within 30 minutes of my request and made my rental process so seamless!

They also have a great selection of newer model cars that are very clean. If I ever need to rent a car again in Los Angeles, it will be form Midway West LA! The service was that great! Thanks again Brady!

We dealt with Brady today and he was nothing but polite and helpful. We had a few issues with our hire due to the car that we wanted and our ages, however after just a few phone calls, he had sorted everything for us. Brady was amazing!!! Really appreciate everything he did, and went way beyond what was expected. A very hard rental, because it was right before New Year’s, and we needed a very specific car. He found it, and went out of his way to make sure that we were happy. One of only a few people that I have worked with that truly cares about customer service, and thank you very much!!

I had an amazing first experience with Midway Car Rental, thanks to Yeimi Alvarenga and her team in West Los Angeles. The check-in process took less than 5 minutes, and I received a brand new 2025 Toyota Hybrid with only 300 miles on it—still has that new car smell! Brady saved our family vacation! I contacted him over a month in advance, requesting a hard-to-find large capacity SUV. Not only did he give me his word it would be there, he followed up with me the week of the rental, and Brady even went as far as guarding our secured vehicle from leaving the lot when it was requested by another Midway! We are VERY appreciative and will definitely be returning to Midway next time we need to rent a car.

Yeimi and the entire team are exceptional! They are all super friendly, and the cars are always in pristine condition. My car broke down during the holidays and I had to rent a car last minute. I called several places but they were all sold out the day I needed. I called Midway West LA location and they had 1 car left!! Yeimi was very understanding and helpful, I was so stressed but I was able to get what I needed to go to work.
She also mentioned the weekend deal which was very helpful I ended up booking for the following weekend.
My only downside was I had to rent 2 extra days I did not need due to the holiday and Midway being closed on Sundays which was inevitable…
