Amazing Customer Services , Friendly and patients as we went as walk in to the offices. The front desk agent great smile and explain the product and fees in detail. When retuning greet is well with a smile and kept us engaged ! I will go back aging to the location whenever I go back to ORD. And I recommend to rent the Honda Civic smooth ride however not recommenced for anyone over 5”6 on hight!

Stumbled upon Next Car during an Expedia search for rental cars in/near ORD. The price was hard to beat and the reviews were positive.

I rented an economy car and received a 2023 Honda Fit. Not fancy, but got the job done. Car was ready when I arrived, clean and tank full of fuel. Next Car is four miles from ORD, so their shuttle picks you up. Ride was on time, driver and workers all polite and friendly.

What I really appreciated was the day before my flight, I received a call and text from Next Car. They wanted to confirm the reservation and to get my flight number so the pick up van would be ready when I landed. The next day I flew and had a connection. Turn my phone on once off the plane and there is another call (voicemail) and text wanting to ensure I had a good flight and was still coming.

After landing in ORD, I got a phone call to confirm I had landed and with instructions on where to meet the van. The van was maybe 100m away from baggage claim, a short walk.

Picking up the car was simple and fast. Did a walk around with the worker, who recommended I take photos of the car to protect myself. Mileage was limited to 150 miles/day and I rented a toll pass at $10/day. I recommend the toll pass and 150 miles/day was more than sufficient.

Returning the vehicle was quite simple too. Dropped it off, worker checked it out, receipt was either printed out, text or email then I was on the van and back to ORD in12 minutes. I was also informed if I came back for another rental, I would get a 10% discount or free upgrade. A nice touch!

Overall, I highly recommend Next Car and will use them the next time I am in Chicago!

The best customer service I have ever come across! I was at routes to pick up a car I had reserved and they gave me the worse attitude and didn’t help me out and made everything so difficult! Next picked me up in a shuttle from Routes and made everything so easy for me! I will only choose next!

very bad service. No one to call off hours. Pickup took 1hr + longer than it should of. When I returned the car, there was suppose to be a shuttle to the airport. But it randomly was not running due to a private event. I was stuck getting my own ride waiting in the cold at 5am. Stay away

A great rental car option!! I tend to worry about going off the airport infrastructure for rentals but they were very responsive, picked us up in a shuttle and took us back via a shuttle. They were very helpful and kind, and the cars are clean. Would definitely rent from them again.

This car rental operation is hands down the best one I have ever used. They texted and called the day before my arrival to make sure that everything was all good. Upon arrival before I could call them for pickup they were calling me. The check in was fast and the car was in top condition. The only downside for me was the opening time on Sunday for return. They did not open until 8 so if you have an early flight it could be a problem. 8 was about a half hour late for me. Would hands down go to them again on my next trip to Chicago.
