Bleibt fern von dieser Gesellschaft. Booking hat das Geld jedoch haben wir kein Auto bekommen. Scheinen ihre eigenen Regeln zu haben. Nie wieder!!!!!

My experience renting with this Routes location was quite satisfactory, my first time booking with them even. I was just a little bit surprised when I got to the car rental section at the airport and noticed there were like 3 mins away, which they provide complimentary rides from the car rental location at the airport and to the terminal( which is soo convenient to me).
My experience was great, decent prices for rental.
I will definitely book with them again and in different cities to get a unique feel across Routes' different locations.

Stupid front desk and manager team, don’t understand how time zones works.
We have an insurance company policy from overseas company. It marks the dates start on 1/8 4am (which is 1/7 2pm in Chicago) in different time zones. But the front desk and manager team refused to rent the vehicle to us because they think the start date is on 1/8 in Chicago. How stupid they are. And cancel our reservation. In addition, poor communication on shuttle transportation and poor hotline service.

I had an excellent experience with Routes Rental Car! The car was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and really comfortable for my trip. The shuttle service was super quick, picking me up and dropping me off with no hassle at all. What really impressed me, though, was the price—it was a fraction of what other competitors were charging, without compromising on quality. I’ll definitely be using Routes again for my future rentals!

Overall, I had a great expierance renting from Routes Car Rental. You can not beat their prices , i paid less for two days; getting a 2024 jeep, then an Uber ride would have cost me.

Once you land, take the shuttle to the F terminal/ rental car. Exit door #1 and to corner pick up #1. They state that they run every 10-15min but I waited 25min and that was the only negative aspect of my rental. Coming back, they will drop you off to your terminal not back to the car rental area.
I man that took care of me didn't push additional insurance on me, he asked about fast track and I declined. You are not allowed to drive beyond state lines and you must have a return reservation with you. The checkout also was very quick and painless. The AM shuttle driver was beyond sweet and had good energy about him.

AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY
Waited 45min for their shuttle, at the counter they DOWNGRADED our vehicle from a large 7 seater SUV to a smaller 5 seater JEEP saying "company policy to not give large vehicles to international customers". We were 4 people with lots of luggage, had to travel buried in luggage of 4 hours to the hotel. We were stuck with these guys since we already paid to the 7 seater and there is no refund if you cancel on the pickup date. Extra Insurance, Interstate travel fee, and the small filthy downgraded jeep. after all that the car they gave us wasn't even clean. "Worst rental experience" my dad said and he has been traveling to the states for over 35 years.
