I was told about this store through my brother. He had nothing but good stuff to say. I went in looking for a specific size and style refrigerator. They didn't have one at that time whenI was looking. I left my number with Katie and asked her if she could message me when the refrigerator I was looking for came in. She said no problem and she would keep an eye out. Two weeks later I received a text from Katie with a photo saying she had a fridge fitting my description that came in that day. I was very excited and drove down to take a look. Sure enough it was exactly what I was looking for! Sherry helped me go through the payment and delivery details. What speedy delivery; I had it delivered the very next day! The guys that came to haul out the old and drop off the fridge adjusted the feet and flipped the way the doors opened. Everyone that helped make this happen was great! 10/10 recommend!

I visited the Parkville store yesterday , found a dryer in my price range. Staff was great from the time I walked in the door, even the same staff member recognized me when I came back the same day. She explained everything I needed to know from the delivery fee and the date it will be delivered. Dryer was delivered the next day (today) as I was told. She didn’t pressure me into buying anything. I thoroughly inspected the product inside and outside before I brought it. Dryer had a minor scratch on it, but I really didn’t care its a used dryer of course its going to have minor scratches long as it work properly I’m aye okay. My dryer works great for a used dryer I have no complaints. Definitely be back in the future.

Many items, but customer service skills could stuck.
They don't answer the phone during business hours. The Answering service states leave a text, and they don't text you back.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN IM SPENDING MY MONEY.
I won't shop here again.

I went to the store with the mind of buying just washing machine and dryer but I ended up buying it with refrigerator and stove. The ladies were amazing, respectful and well experienced. They know all about the appliances and answered all my questions. I’ll keep referring friends and family. Thank you

I’ve been coming to this store for a few years now. I usually work with Keiry as she makes it really easy for me to find and pick good products. Specially when it comes to my rentals and flips. I tell her what I need and she takes care of the rest. Whether it is a single item or a bundle, Keiry takes care of it. I highly recommend the Parkville location.

Bought a dryer in March and had it installed. I was assured there would be a full warranty for 6 months. 1 month later the electric in my house keeps going out and the breaker keeps tripping. I called my electrician and he diagnosed that the power cord to the dryer was installed incorrectly - the screws weren’t torqued correctly and there wasn’t a safety clip to secure the cord. This caused a short.
I brought the electrician report (with pictures) back to the store and was told to call the owner (who is never there). He refuses to respond Now I’m out a $180 dryer and a $250 service call for the electrician. This place will not honor the “warranties” they give with their appliances. Photos is of the burned wire. Avoid.

Update- I did buy this in January with a 4 month warranty (the incident happened 4.5 months after purchase- so I understand it not being covered. My apologies for the miscommunication. However…this doesn’t excuse the fact I have to write a review to get a response from the business. I attempted to call the owner and text them several times. Additionally I believe this should still be covered as my licensed electrician clearly pointed out (on the invoice) that the power supply was installed incorrectly to start with. If you sell something that breaks due to your own fault, you should compensate regardless of the purchase date.
