My experience with Advantage was great. There were no surprises or hidden fees, the woman who helped me at the counter was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was fast, and reliable, not to mention the man who drove me was really nice and professional. I had no stress at all, easy and stress free transaction, price was reasonable, car was brand new and very comfortable. I will rent again when I go back to Orlando and recommend to anyone looking to rent a car. I had a great experience and I am satisfied with the customer service.

In 40 years of renting cars, this was one of the worst if not the worst experiences. They had a large group of people waiting for a shuttle at the airport. They could not accommodate everyone on the first shuttle so many of us had to wait for the next shuttle. Once I got to the counter, they would not take my proof of insurance ID card from my insurance company. They wanted to actually see a copy of the insurance policy. I have five vehicles )two of which are new) so I would of course have full coverage insurance. I also have AAA yet they said roadside assistance is a mandatory charge. This was not disclosed from Priceline at the time of booking. The location closes at 12 midnight and I was the last rental customer of the evening to get processed. The guy at the rental counter had an attitude and asked me if I wanted to cancel the reservation. After taking the shuttle from the airport to their remote location, I didn’t that have another choice. Once on the road, all my dashboard lights came on, so I pulled off the road to check on the issue. I decided to call their number, which allows you to hit a number for roadside assistance. Once I did that, a recording comes on and says it is after hours, please call back during our regular business hours. What Kind of crap is that that you can charge for roadside assistance yet can’t get a hold of anyone when needed? The car had tire issues and was up to me to resolve after midnight. Never Advantage again.

Dont rent this company. They will scam you. My prepaid trip was $354 for 6 days rental and when i came in. She stated my reservation was cancel because it exceeded 2 hrs of booking time. I booked 7:30 and it 9 o’clock when i went pick up my car. I realize it 9:11 which is less then 2 hrs. Jennifer said “dont worry she can still match the price for me “ then she state it must have ez tag which is $8/day and insurance $14. There were 6 ppl behind me and i must move quick so other wont wait too long. I was wrong. Plus their car wasn’t filled their gas and you will stuck with them when you rent them. Dont rent

Don’t make the mistake we did. its the cheapest option. What they don’t tell you before you book is it’s a 30 minute bus ride from the airport after you have to wait on the shuttle to get there and for it to drop everyone off at their cars first. It’s a shared shuttle with a parking lot. Instead of unloading the rental customers first you get to drive around the parking lot dropping people off one by one. Then they put $50+ worth of insurance on my reservation after I told him not to. That was more than the rental itself. He would not give me a print out of the charges when asked and said he didn’t have access to to it. I was later emailed the charges and noticed my $60 one day rental was now $133 all because of extra insurance that I told them I didn’t want. Then when you call they won’t help and the supervisor doesn’t work mornings. Stick to the big companies. I have never had these issues with the big companies.

Great service from the team. Booked the car on Expedia for small suv , Nissan kicks, I was given a Tucson. New car in excellent condition. Mohamed at the check in and the associate Elias were really helpful. Took the daily toll pass for 12.99 which is worth when you are planning to explore Orlando. I would recommend this option.

Pickup from the airport is hassle free. Look for the walleye park bus which also have Advantage sign.

I really don't like doing reviews or taking surveys. I'm going to go ahead and give Advantage in Orlando a great rating though. They gave me a great suv at a good price and even extended it for an extra week at the same price. Their shuttle service is probably the best and most reliable because they partner with Wally Parking, so their shuttles come through frequently. Their building is clean and the people are very professional.. I would suggest bringing your insurance proof along with the declaration page if you plan to self-insure. They deserve a much better rating than what I've seen online.
