I want people in Brown county to know that Dr. Peplinski is a wonderful physician. She means so much to our family. She has not only listened to us, she sees us. She meets us where we are. This kind of practice has empowered us, improved our health, and improved our day to day lives. I feel especially lucky to have her in such a small town, where doctors often just pass through for a year or two. I see the staff has had some negative feedback—without invalidating those complaints, I just want to say in our experience, the communication at the desk is upfront, consistent, and kind. Hopefully just a sign that they’re doing their best to heed everyone’s feedback. We’re grateful to our doctor and the whole team.

I have to put a star in order to leave a review. I would rather not leave a single one. I’ve had trouble from the get go with this office. They changed my scheduled appointment in August because they overbooked new patient appointments. Then they schedule me for a day when no one is working. The office was literally closed for a holiday. Yet I got an email and a voicemail to check in for that appointment. When I came this morning hoping that they would correct their error, nothing. Instead I am now having to wait until next week to get seen. No apology or acknowledgment of their mistake. I might as well start looking for another doctor because if the office staff doesn’t care, maybe that’s a reflection on the doctor.

Peplinski herself is definitely 5 stars!
But the staff is 0 stars. I called several times for a referral for my son, the staff made me call Baylor Scott&White to get the diagnosis code! That's not my job to do so, but I did anyways. The next week, I traveled 2 hours, got to the appointment and found out they never sent it! When I called they said they sent it, but it was under a retired doctors name, when I told them multiple times who the doctor was! I sat at the specialist for almost an hour and they still couldn't get it sent over in time. I had to drive 4 hours round trip and my son missed an important day at school for no reason and unfortunately we couldn't get another appointment with the specialist until April. So uncalled for. Someone needs to be trained better.

Great doctor and person! She listens and generally cares! Explains everything in full and easy to understand! Best doctor I have ever had! Had follow-up visit 11/16/2022..,Great as always. Treats you like a friend! Enjoy her sharing photos of her baby son! Still best doctor I have ever had! Thank you Dr. PEPLINSKI!!!!

If I could leave 0 I would. She told me that my fibromyalgia which was diagnosed by a specialist, that she it was just lactose intolerance. Then when she sent me back after a year of refusing to give me pain meds, and then told me I just needed to work out for it. Went to a new doctor and she found out my anemia was at a 5, I did need a blood transfusion. And that I also have hypothyroidism. If you are younger and medically complex find a different doctor bc she almost caused me to die from loss of iron. I also have restless leg syndrome that she missed.

Dr Peplinski treats me like a real person. She asks questions about the reason for my visit as well as questions about me, the person sitting in front of her. Best damn Doctor I have ever seen in my long life.
