Great experience from start to finish. After being beat down a few days prior by a large Dallas dealership, Robert(the GM) met us at every request we had from agreeing to our price all the way to delivering the truck to the end of our driveway at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend Allen Samuels after the experience we just had.

Great service
My car was damaged while at dealership parking lot awaiting to be repaired.
I took my vehicle to Allen Samuels in January. It took them 2 months to repair it. While it was there, it was damaged while in their parking lot. When I dropped it off, I was inquiring about trading it in for a new car so Lee, the GM took pics of all 4 sides of it to send to other ppl wanting a Malibu. When I went to the dealership after 2 weeks, I noticed the damage to the rear quarter panel. I told them about it. I also have a dash cam, which they had disconnected from my vehicle. I found out that Lee, the GM no longer worked there. He got fired they stated. They stated they couldn’t get the pics he took or the video of when I brought my car in. Forest informed me (when I picked up my car after almost 2 months) that the transmission fluid needed flushed. It did not. It was bad gas that I had gotten. I had just had a transmission flush 2 months prior to that. He misdiagnosed my vehicle and stated that I refused the transmission flush. I have records that my fluids were good (from a different facility). I have always used them in the past and purchased my vehicles from them but never again. Also back in November 2023 I needed service and they stated they are short handed and couldn’t get to my car for a few months. I have now obtained an attorney and reported them to Attorney General consumer protection, and also to dept of licensing and regulation and to DMV.

- I literally had no hope but when I say my salesman’s Mike & Keith did everything in their power to take care of me. I was able to trade my car in with no problems they made everything so smooth and reassuring! I am in love with my new car, i highly recommend Allen Samuels . Go see Mike or Keith I know you won’t regret it .

Worst service department. Zero communication. Not up front with fees when scheduling
multiple services. I will not buy another vehicle from Sterling or use their service department ever again.

I bought a car through this place 3 years ago and had a great experience. So much so that I took my daughter there today to look for her first car and her first big girl purchase. Her credit is limited and getting financing took some time but she did get approved. When running the numbers we told them that she couldn’t do the amount listed because the payments would be too much for her. I am EVENTUALLY told that a warranty and gap insurance is included in the price. I ask what it would be without those things added and the finance guy/general manager comes over and I mention that that we could get gap insurance cheaper through our bank or insurance. He said unless I finance through them I can’t get gap insurance bank/insurance. I know this is a lie because I’ve got gap insurance from my insurance company on my last car. He then proceeds to tell me that he’s been doing this for 20 years and he’s never heard of such a thing. Then when I asked about the warranty and what were the different options all he could say was “this is just the one I tell everyone to get so you don’t get confused on what’s covered. It’s the platinum one and covers everything” I was like great…. But can I see other options and see what’s covered and decide from there? He said no… he had nothing to show except for the platinum plan. I basically said this is like you trying to sell me a car that’s top of the line when there’s other options available to choose from and you refuse to show me those options. I just want to visualize so we could make an informed decision. He seemed really annoyed that I kept questioning him and just not going along with what he was saying. He did eventually act like he was going to look for print outs on the other warranty options. We decided that it wasn’t worth being talked down, even if they were trying to make things work for us. This guy was acting totally put out by the fact we weren’t just going along with everything. Did I mention that it was just my daughter and I So it really did look like we were just being talked to like dumb girls. It may have been my daughters first car buying experience but certainly not mine. I was highly disappointed because I had high hopes to have the same great experience we’ve had in the past. Needless to say, no one in my family will be buying anything from this place anymore. And the “sales” lady just telling us to take the deal at that price because I could just help my daughter make the payments if she couldn’t every month! I excuse me?!!

This review is for the service department. I had the pleasure of working with Forrest in repairing my clutch, pilot bearing and slave cylinder on my 2020 Camaro. Although there were some complications due to the modified exhaust he went the extra mile to help me out. Really appreciate it!
