The absolute worst. Well maybe that’s a bit dramatic but still the level of competence at Blake Fulenwider service department is that of a 2 year old pouring a glass of milk from a gallon jug.

My husband told me not to use them. He warned me. But they are the closest dealership and I needed warranty work done.

Day 1: look at my car, dx and order parts (all good!)

Day 2: wait for parts

Day 3: install parts and it is still showing same codes

Day 4: we need to install hoses and a sensor and they are not covered under warranty. As per Brent the Service Manager. Service advisor also could not find a phone number to call the warranty company (even though they have on file). I use google and find a good phone number, email and website, the parts are covered. Work approved.

Day 5: It still is not right. I tell them I need car the next day. They call a few hours later saying it is all fixed, all they needed to do was reset the computer.

Pickup: Dash still lit up like a christmas tree. Check oil level and there is oil in the engine (they changed it but oil change warning is still on. Go inside, purturbed, Lots of stammering but zero reaction from service manager Brent. I decided then that I cannot trust this shop and the Jeep will have to go to another shop to check and be sure it is safe to drive and the work has been completed.

DO NOT USE BLAKE FULLENWIDER.
If they are charging for warranty work, they are likely getting paid twice, leaving less money in your pocket for necessary maintenance, upgrades and new cars.

I am not certain they are crooked, but I am certain that they are wholely incompetent from beginning to end. Not sure how they are in business after so many bad experiences.
