Normally it takes forever to get on the shuttle back to the airport from here (deep lines of 100+ people wrapped around the building), but things were quick this time so upgrading to 3 stars… for now

Easy drop off. Very polite and helpful staff. No Enterprise fault but the shuttle to the airport is quite a haul. Make sure you block out the time in advance.

I rented a car at the last minute. I ended up paying about $760 for a week. The car was comfortable, but the door had to be slammed to close it. You’ve got to take a shuttle to go from the airport to pick up and return the car, which is very inconvenient. I prepaid for gas, but the person who returned the car filled it up anyway. The receptionist refused to reimburse the extra $55. They offer you a cheaper supplemental insurance, but in reality it’s all the same because their fees are higher than what you would pay if you rent directly with Alamo or any other car rental company. The entrance is confusing. Left turn across double yellow lines. Why no turn lane? Maybe I was coming in the back way but it did not look like that to me. And the bus takes forever to get to and from the airport. Guess I got in at midnight so it felt like a long time. Just seems this was an after thought. Make sure to add lots of time waiting for the bus and getting there but once onsite it's pretty good and clean. Just the return was weird. Felt like driving into some back alley.

Had a couple of bad experiences with the rental companies. Rented here twice, had to get my bill adjusted both times for overcharges. The facility seems nice and the shuttle drivers are friendly and timely.
