It is a very responsible company, my reservation was easy to create, the staff was very friendly and they were attentive from the moment we arrived until we returned the car and they took us to the airport. It is less than 5 minutes away and the process was super fast without having to wait as long as in other places.
I enjoyed the beach very much!

Pésimo servicio. Llevaba mi reserva toda paga. Cuando me entregaron el vehículo me hicieron dejar una tarjeta de crédito con un cupo que luego sería liberado. Hace más de 15 días regrese de mi.viaje y esta es la hora que no me han liberado lo que me cobraron sin ninguna razón. He enviado emails y no dan respuesta. No se dejen robar

Keep away. We rented through Priceline. When we got there, we were upcharged for Standard Liability Insurance even though we have Liberty Mutual Insurance. They never provided us with their insurance rider that I was forced to take. I get a car with dings and scrathes, stained cloth seats, and a chunk missing out of the steering wheel. I have opened an investigation with Priceline regarding this place.

Me alquilaron un auto con la batería a punto de agotarse, se le agotó el penultimo dia del contrato y quedó el auto muerto, sin posibilidad de arrancar, los llamé, vinieron y cambiaron la batería agotada y me cobraron 150 dolares por ese trámite. Una locura, te dan un auto sin batería y cuando te quedas, te solucionan su problema y te cobran, yo perdí un dia de usar el auto y 150 dolares. No los recomiendo

si pudiera le daria - un estrella, pesimo el servicio, realice contrato con na vendedora, LUCY MEDINA, cuando llegue me subieron el precio, lo que prometio, no lo cumplio el carro nue fue el que reservamos, me cobraron activacion del sun pass, y pago por adelantado de los tolls, la persona que nos atendio se porto grosero y nos dio un nombre que no corresponde a ningun trabajador del lugar NO RECOMENDADO.

Overall not a great experience. The initial low rate posted online was misleading and didn’t give true details of what the rental would cost. Was difficult to find where to go to meet the shuttle, car was not marked with company name, the representative was not very friendly.
I had to choose to pay one of two expensive fees for tolls, not listed as part of rental. Also the company would not accept my Canadian liability insurance coverage so I got dinged for $300 US for insurance, when the rental was only $140!
I then wanted to return the rental early to reduce some cost and wasn’t allowed.
The car I received was all banged up, passenger rear window didn’t work and there was no windshield washer fluid in the vehicle!
In addition when I went to return the vehicle early morning to catch my flight, there was no shuttle to take me to the airport, so I had to UBer
Unbelievable, don’t rent with this company.
