I went to the store today around 1:30ish. I got out of the car in the rain and went to the door it was lock. It had a sign on the door saying be back in 30 minutes. It was very inconvenient. When I was leaving I saw an elderly lady go up to the door and it was lock. She got out her car in the car in the rain. Even though the sign said be back in 30 minutes. How would you know what time that will be. Because I don’t know when the sign was put up.

This is my go to store my salon is 5 minutes away! When I come in I’m always greeted with a smile, even if the store is slow and the associate is near the back of the store she always comes up smiling, friendly, and telling me what’s on sale. I’m normally in a rush so I come in the door calling out the products I need and they always respond with the aisle the product is on (so helpful) I’m so sad I forgot the young ladies name. I also love that classes are convenient and most are free!

I just drove over 30 minutes to this location with 10 minutes to spare before closing and the employee locked the door and hid behind the shelves so she didn’t have to let us in the door.

This location I went today and whoever 2 ladies working there today very rude and attitudes 1 lady when I call her for help she is acting like she is on phone and it's very straight from me and no busy there and I called her so many times and didn't reply and looking to each other and laugh I know what's going on don't act smart and other lady when i ask do you have any deal going for hair color she said read the white lable is there rudly and didn't reply properly like they don't want to work definitely needs to improve their customer service

Poor customer service. I'm a student at Athens Tech. I went to get some supplies for my state board. Upon arrival the woman working asked if I had an account to which I replied not yet but I was a student and I would like to sign up. She told me to do it myself because it would take her too long to do it for me. Keep in mind I was the ONLY customer in the store. Not a single soul was in there beside her and I. I will not be returning. She obviously didn't need my money. I went to Sally’s in Loganville where they were more than happy to help and was told that they get customers all the time from the cosmoprof in Snelleville complaining about poor customer service. Not a good look.
