The experience was underwhelming. The food lacked flavor, and I didn’t enjoy the taste at all. The cocktail was also quite average. While the portions were generous and the staff friendly, those were the only positives. A reservation is required, and you can park in a nearby garage with ticket cancellation at the reception. Overall, the food didn’t live up to the hype — definitely a one-time visit for the price.

I recently dined at die blaue Agave in Ludwigsburg. It offers a delightful dining experience with friendly and helpful staff. The ambiance is lively, with great outdoor seating, making it perfect for a date. The meal was delicious, though not as spicy as expected for Mexican cuisine. A bit on the expensive side, but overall, a great spot to enjoy

Excellent tequila options- rare for Germany. Pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the food, it was actually spiced well! Cocktails were delicious! I think the hamburgers on the menu are for those who are afraid to try Mexican food but they should

This Mexican restaurant/bar is really nice. The interior furniture looks inviting, the terrace on the outside has plenty of space, offers tents and sunshades for sun protection and generally, the whole place looks really great.

The service was kind and friendly but as there can be lots of guests, there sometimes were some waiting times before you could get attention.

The drinks we've had were pretty good (even in Happy Hour) and the cocktail menu offers lots of choices, both with and without alcohol.

The food was generally delicious - they do use Oaxaca cheese for the quesadillas, the dips and salsas were good, so were the beans and rice. The filled tacos were delicious, the pieces of meat (beef/chicken) were grilled well. One of the prawns was very good, the other one was a bit off (mushy and a bit earthy in taste) but this can happen.

What was not so nice - unfortunately - was the outside situation. As soon as our food plate arrived, a swarm of flies (about 30-40 flies) assembled as well. We ended up eating really fast, while constantly waving our arms around to keep the flies away, but they'd sit everywhere. The service staff told us that this was really bad this year and they had that problem for a few weeks now.

I want to stress that I'm not blaming the restaurant or owners here for this - it's a hot summer and the place is near the central train station, with lots of hotels, so the origin can be anywhere in the vicinity. On our way back towards the station, we saw for example a few big garbage bins that had their lids broken, so this could be a great breeding ground.

In any case, this is a really nice bar/restaurant that I really can recommend - and it will be much better when the current heat period is over, I bet. Thank you for hosting us!

Only went one time, will be updating my review after I try all items, my family ordered chicken fajitas. It was ok but not how I was expecting it to taste compared to what I am used to in the USA (Texas). It is worth a visit.

I really loved the place. I like Mexican food and especially the spicy taste and flavorful vibe from it. We visited this place for my father in law's birthday. I do not want to talk about the authenticity of the cuisine but I loved what I tasted. We ordered meat balls, Chili con carne, Chicken buritto and Chicken Fajita along with some cocktails.

Visited the restaurant while on a road trip with friends. Absolutely fantastic service and food. The waiter was super kind and considerate to our needs. The food was an absolute treat and best Mexican food in Germany. The nachos were absolutely to die for!

Went with a group.
Concept interesting, but: quesadilla with cheese was cold woth the edges hard, the tacos are only hardshell and messy to eat and be careful to follow up your order, especially if it is taken by the young, brunette girl which likes to sit on the table while talking.
The cocktails are the most interesting, although my colleagues seemed to enjoy their burrito with ketchup:)
P.S. the sugar, salt and pepper on the table may be infused with spray they use for cleaning the tables:) aaand you may be asked 4 times if you are done or want a shot.
