I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Easirent and I must say, my experience was outstanding thanks to Kerri From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made the entire process seamless.

Kerri was incredibly knowledgeable about the fleet and helped me choose the perfect vehicle for my needs. She took the time to explain all the features of the car and ensured I was comfortable before I drove off. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond.

Throughout my rental period, I encountered a minor issue with the vehicle, but Kerri was quick to assist me. She handled the situation professionally and resolved it in no time, ensuring I could continue my trip without any stress.

Overall, Kerri exemplified excellent customer service and made my car rental experience enjoyable and hassle-free. I highly recommend Easirent and especially commend Kerri for her outstanding service. I will definitely be returning for my future rental needs!

The customer service at Easirent is excellent! The prices for the rentals are fantastic as well!!! Customer service rep Maryari is prompt, courteous and professional with her interactions with customers. She gives customer service with a smile and warm greetings when you enter the location. I haven't had any problems with picking up or dropping off any rentals. I will continue renting vehicles from Easirent as long as the excellent quality of service continues.

rented a car from Easirent for our vacation. I checked in online to save time and loaded all documents. The website said it's at the Ft. Myers airport but we actually had to wait for a shuttle that runs every 30 minimum. the shuttle is actually a 9 seat van that we had to squeeze on in order to fit and not have to wait again for the next van. When we arrived our car was not ready and still had to be cleaned. When I went out to check where our car was in line, the person cleaning the cars was sitting in the front car on his phone. We waited over 30 minutes for our car. When we got the car, it only had 1/4 tank of gas and they told us that's just how the person returned it. on day 3 of having the car, the check engine light came on and there was a message stating that engine power was being reduced. Additionally, as we were going to park at the beach and enter the license plate we noticed the tags had expired in June, its currently August! I would never recommend anyone use this rental place.

It was easy as named. Michael quickly provided a nice, actually new ride, a Toyota Hybrid that ran smoothly and got great mileage. He was kind and helpful, much appreciated! The only negative was that I was surprised when I saw it was off-site tho nearby, yet they provided a free shuttle that was timely with a polite driver, so that was no problem. Overall, a great rental experience!

BAD experience! The car filthy and was infested with cockroaches. We waited 30 minutes at the airport for the shuttle and then another 45 minutes at the rental office. Once we got to the counter the employee wanted to see our insurance, which is full coverage. He then told us that glass and tires were not included with our insurance. It would cost us $14.99/day to be covered. We should’ve walked away but I had already paid “in full” on Priceline. Then we were told we would have to wait 20 more minutes for a vehicle. We were visiting family. My niece got in the back seat and said there were bugs. Disgusting!! Lesson learned! I will always go with a larger rental company.

Absolute terrible company from their professionalism, policies, car availability and operating systems. If you would like to hijack your family vacation and spend endless hours on the phone or in the local rental office, this is a great place to start. I would never leave a review like this if it was not earned. Companies like this should not be in business within the United States. I'll chalk up the money lost as a lesson learned in life, and now I want to make sure nobody else makes the same mistake. Don't think to yourself that it's just another rental company, how bad can it really be. Trust me when I say run, don't walk as far away from this company as you can.
I reported the bald tires on my rental car within 1 hr of driving away once I had enough light to inspect. CS told me to return the car for another rental. I did so, driving back to the office 1 hr each way only to find out they had no other cars of that size available. I tried cancelling and going to another rental company since they couldn’t give me the same size vehicle I already paid for. Instead they enforced their policy for that rental I didn’t use and charged me in full since it was pre-paid. There were several other people at the office upset with their rental as well, so it’s not just me they screwed that day. Like I said, go with someone else.
