She helped me realize I could either go through my own insurance or take advantage of benefits through my credit card. Either way, she made the process simple and stress-free. The car was brand new and in perfect condition—no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for hassle-free service and a smooth rental experience!

I rented from Easirent in Orlando a few weeks ago. I had a very bad experience! The vehicle was full of scratches and the interior of the vehicle was filthy and smelled like smoke. I made sure to take pictures before i left the lot. The vehicle made a lot of noise, it sounded like the front tires were about to fall off. When I got into the vehicle it showed only a half of tank of gas in it. I was staying two hours away so I did a bit of driving. I put gas in right before I returned it and when I put gas in it showed half tank before I filled it. After I filled it, it still showed half of tank. The gas guage needle never moved which could have been very dangerous for me driving alone in areas where there was no reception. I made sure to let the attendant know when I dropped off the vehicle. He said they were aware of the issues and I wouldn't be charged. Thankfully I wasn't but I still had a horrible experience and there were definitely safety concerns with the vehicle I rented. I have no idea why they would rent this vehicle to anyone if they were aware there were issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

We booked this through Uber rental. We thought the quality would be better. First impressions of the place is rundown or just not well kept. Service was brief and quick with Mario. He explained Florida resident doesn’t get unlimited mileage only out of state or out of country. So we use Canadian Resident to book the car. The car was not old but it was not clean thoroughly inside. Air freshener is strong and the seats have stains. There were ants coming out of cracks. The tire balance sign was on the dash when we took over. Didn’t want to go inside for longer wait. We are only having it for two days. We Will think twice if we will use this company again.
Location is outside of the airport.

I’ll have to commend all the staff that work for Easirent. Our rental process was very smooth and the staff were very friendly. To be honest, I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews but I’m glad I gave them a try!

Car was great, people were friendly and nice, and I got my credit card deposit hold released right away.

I had an extremely distasteful experience with Easirent’s customer service. I rented a car on August 15th and immediately noticed that the tires on the right side were low at 30 PSI while the other side was at 35 PSI. I made sure to take photos of the cars condition, as I figured this might be an issue. I assumed the low pressure was due to the influx weather and drove the car home, which was a 30-minute drive. By the next morning, the tire pressure had dropped to 28 PSI, forcing me to put air in the tire myself.

I called customer service on August 17th, hoping for assistance, but was met with indifference. The representative told me I had agreed to the terms and that it was my problem if the tire had a slow leak, and also went the extra mile to tell me I assumed it didn’t happen on my time. I was advised to take the car to a repair shop, which was ridiculous considering I was on vacation and I did not cause the issue to the tire. The customer service was rude and dismissive.

Deciding to cut my losses, I returned the car two days early. At the return office, I was told I had to contact corporate for a refund for the unused days, ez pass charge, and the insurance since they couldn’t handle it locally. When I called customer service and requested cooperate, the representative was equally unhelpful and transferred me to a voicemail box that was full, so I couldn't leave a message.

The entire experience was a disaster. The car was in poor condition, and the customer service was atrocious. I strongly recommend avoiding Easirent if you value both your time and money.

Renting a vehicle from Easirent turned out to be a remarkable journey. The drivers were exceptional, displaying professionalism and skill that truly elevated the experience. Customer service was of the highest caliber, genuinely top-tier. Despite the initial hiccup of receiving a vehicle that wasn’t as clean as expected, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and promptly provided an alternative that met my standards.

For future renters, I’d suggest taking comprehensive photographs of the car—both interior and exterior—prior to departure. This ensures clarity and prevents any potential disputes regarding the vehicle’s condition. If you’re planning to use the shuttle service back to the airport, it’s wise to arrive ahead of schedule. Given the limited number of shuttle drivers, this will help avoid any stress about making your flight on time. Lastly, a friendly reminder: tipping your driver is a kind gesture that acknowledges their dedicated service.
