Worse customer service ever! Was stranded on the road with a flat tire, tried calling customer service, they stated that they were going to contact the branch manager in Tampa and call me back. I waited for hours and still didn’t receive any phone calls back. Every time I would call them, they would just hang up on me. Had to call from a different phone number for them to answer. I had to call a tow company to replace the wheel with the spare tire. Cost $215 to put the spare on. When I drove back to the rental place, they said they weren’t going to accommodate my $215 with anything besides give me another car. Luckily I bought the full coverage insurance or else they would have charged me to replace the tire even when it wasn’t my fault. Tow truck driver said the tire had a bad air stem on it. I didn’t even run over a nail or anything. It seems like all their cars have bad tires. Even the second car they gave me had little to no air in it. They don’t seem to keep up with maintenance on their cars and will make you pay more for insurance coverage. That’s probably how they get you to pay for their broken/damaged cars. Lastly, their cars smells from people smoking in it. Not worth renting from them and would definitely not recommend anyone renting from them!

STOP! DON’T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Before arriving, I completed my check-in online but I still had to wait 30 minutes for an agent to help me. I had a printed invoice showing I had already purchased and paid for the car and added insurance (all through Expedia) but the agent insisted I have the actual policy of the insurance, otherwise I would have to pay an additional $30 for insurance (more than the car cost) from him because my personal insurance wasn’t to their full coverage standard! I had the proof of purchase in writing but not the actual printed policy!?! After an additional 15 minutes, I was able to get a copy of the policy online (I refused to be bullied into their corrupt tactics) and then sat 20 more minutes for the agent to call me again! A big scam to upcharge and add profit to people looking for a ”deal”!
The car I was finally given had a damaged front bumper, smelled of smoke, was dirty and had a half eaten bag of Doritos in the center console! Listen to the video about gas! He said it’s at half, but bring it back full. I had him repeat it and he then changed his story!! Pfffttt!! When I dropped off the car, the intake guy tried to blame me for the damaged bumper!! Luckily, I had videoed and photographed the entire car before leaving because no paperwork was given to me with the prior damage information!! I also videoed him telling me my car was “ok, no damage” before I left because again, no paperwork and I truly didn’t trust them to not file a claim against me at this point!
Finally, the shuttle bus driver dropped us at the wrong terminal and it took about 35 minutes to get over to the correct terminal… a long walk, a train ride and then another long walk! If you know Orlando airport… it was B terminal over to C terminal! NEVER EVER EVER again will I rent from Easirent Cars! It was the most difficult car rental I’ve ever done and not worth the $20 I saved in my purse!

Please don’t use EasiRent. The customer service is abysmal, the employees treat customers as if they are inconveniences to their day. If you tell them you are disappointed in their service they will threaten to cancel your rental and leave you stranded. They have secret charges and the cars are disgusting for the price. We rented a Chevy Traverse, paid in advance in full and upon arrival at the counter they required almost $200 in extra fees, and it looks like a crime was committed in the car.
There are stains that look like feces or blood all over the car, it also has a terrible smell to it. They said they filled the car about 3/4 full but it only had a fourth of a tank. Will never return or use services again.
Save yourself the trouble and hassle and rent from somewhere else.

When I saw the reviews for this company, I was afraid to rent from them
But their price still was best on the market so I gave them a chance. At the pick up, I was waiting for a half an hour, which is not bad comparing to how many people they have. I bought an insurance online, but they told me that this insurance is covering only their car. I just signed the paper that for the third part cars I will pay by my own in case of accident. Everything was great! The reason of four stars is that I received the car very dirty.
Also for a long time now any company is not checking scratches. But they did.
For the booking use their site. I book through Expedia and it was more expensive.

Following a lengthy 6-hour flight delay caused by weather conditions, Michael was incredibly supportive and efficient in arranging our transportation late at night, well past our scheduled rental pickup time. He generously offered us some discounts and upgraded our vehicle from a compact car to a 2023 Blazer, which was perfect for my first visit to Florida. This ensured we could navigate both public and off-the-beaten-path beach locations that might need a larger vehicle. Even though the Blazer's check engine light was illuminated, he took note of it to make sure we wouldn't be penalized. His inspection was detailed, and the vehicle has been performing wonderfully. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Michael at Easirent!
