I would not recommend this renting company to anyone.
We rented a motorhome in July 2016 and the vehicle was delivered with a broken fridge. The owner told us that the previous user had informed of the fridge failure on the previous day, but we knew later that the previous user had received the motorhome with the fridge broken as well.
The owner offered to refund part of the rental for the inconveniences caused and the extra cost that we beared (he provided a portable fridge that was too small and would only function with the vehicle connected to the power supply) and we returned the vehicle (in perfect condition and immaculately clean) he refused to credit the refund he had promised, arguing that the refund had already been paid yet (which was false).
We spent nearly a day in a workshop waiting for the fridge to be repaired and the owner refused to refund the cost of the rental for that day (we could not use the vehicle and we paid for it anyway).
The motorhome was not sufficiently supplied. It lacked a frying pan, a saucepan, a hose for fresh water and a hose for grey waters (among other things). The owner refused to refund the money we spent to buy all the necessary things, even if we could provide tickets.
The vehicle was fine, but the owner lied to us several times, did not answer to our e-mail messages most of the times and showed zero interest on us.
To any people interested on renting a motorhome in South Germany, I would recommend to go to other companies, which fortunately abound in the area. Use this company only at your own risk
