Top notch customer service and a very nice fleet of jeeps and cars! We have been renting jeeps the past 6 years from Go Rentals Aspen and most recently a Toyota 4 Runner from Go Rentals at the Aspen Airport. Mike and Victor and his team have always delivered every time we have rented vehicles from them. The vehicles are always ready when we get there and they are quick to get us through the check in procedure and out enjoying our vacation. In addition, they allow us to return the jeeps in the evening after they have closed so that we don’t have to worry about getting up early the next morning to return them. This summer, my daughter and I stayed a little longer in Aspen while my husband left for business in Montana. We rented a 4 Runner and will be driving it to Denver to meet up with my husband. They offer a reasonable flat drop fee for driving the car to Denver. We have nothing but great things to say about Go Rentals in Aspen. Thank Mike and Victor!!

I rented a car from the Aspen location and drove it back to Los Angeles. I was quoted $1,400 for two days and ended up getting charged nearly $1,900, despite the original quote and no additional days. Prior to picking up the car, Go Rentals changed the price from $1,200 to $1850, and back down to $1,400 after arguing with them. The Go Rentals 1-800 number, Aspen local number, and Burbank local number were not very responsive after I was ultimately overcharged. Burbank answered once but then stopped answering the phone. Aspen said they would send the contract and breakdown but refused to so and then went dark. They refused to give me a breakdown and increased their fuel price to $15 per gallon, after the fact, without notice! That is theft. I will revisit the review should Go Rentals become more responsive and rectify the situation but they're shoving this under the rug and it's not appreciated by me at all. For such a high-end car rental company, it is ironic that either their Toyota nor their service was high-end. The St. Regis really should work with these people, given their poor customer service and fraudulent methods.

I am pleased with my rental experience from Go-Rentals. My initial reservation was in Aspen but I needed to change it to Rifle due to inclement weather at the airport, and with only a couple hours notice. Our party was met by a friendly and professional rental agent immediately upon arriving at the airport who had the paperwork and car ready to go. The car was dropped off at Denver International, and my only complaint is that it took 48 hours to get the contract closed out and my finalized receipt sent to me: for this reason I considered 4 stars on the review but I noticed on the receipt that I was not charged for extra mileage that I drove. Since Go-Rentals was so flexible and accommodating with me, they have certainly earned their fifth star.

Unreliable. Dishonest!
-Instead of 342$ , they charged my car 1000$.
-Be very careful. They do not provide you all the details of taxes and insurances . until you already siting in the car.
- The manager ( Micheal) did not answer any phone calls when I tried to reach him .

We rented two hard top jeeps while in Aspen on our summer vacation and had an amazing experience with renting from Go Rentals. Mike was awesome to work with and very patient with our change of dates for rentals. I had to change dates several times due to a conflict with another activity and then due weather. He was patient and always very pleasant! We got in and out very quickly the day we rented them and the day we returned them. He was as personable in person as he was on the phone when booking the jeeps and then later on when making several changes. I will definitely rent from Mike at Go Rentals next time we are in Aspen!

If you get stuck in Aspen, Don't try to rent a car from Go Rentals. They'll tell you that they're cheaper than their competitors. They'll ignore you when you ask for a price, and when you get your credit card statement, you'll see they charge almost $1000 for a 1 day one way rental to Denver. Skip these people and go with a real rental company.

We had a very unpleasant experience with these folks. We rented a 4 wheel jeep to go on an off road two day trip. On their website they promote using their jeeps for off wheel trips. They actually convinced us to take out additional insurance insurance so as they put it. "Just drop the jeep off and everything is taken care of. The jeep had normal dirt that come from dirt trails. When we got the bill we found that they charged us $250.00 for cleaning and I am still disputing this bill with my credit card. So use the guy across the street when you are renting off road vehicles.
