Vorsicht das wird teuer!
Uns wurde versucht eine teure Versicherung auf zu drängen. Das haben wir vehement abgewehrt, da wir durch Check24 rundum versichert waren. Auch wollten die eine extra Gebühr für den 2. Fahrer. Dieser war aber ebenfalls in der Buchung bei Check 24 dabei.
Schließlich mussten wir für 5 Tage eine Gebühr für die Autobahnen in Orlando zahlen (Sunpass). Das waren 70 EUR für diese 5 Tage. "Das müssen alle hier zahlen" sagte uns der Vermieter.
Im Nachhinein haben wir festgestellt, dass die Abzocke war.
Die Abholung und Abgabe des Wagens funktionierte einwandfrei.
Ich würde hier nicht mehr mieten.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Green Motion in Orlando, Florida. We had a rental reservation from December 26th to the 31st, but due to a delayed flight, we missed their office hours and had to take a taxi to a hotel at 1 AM. When we got there the next day (very dirty, unkept place.) We spoke with the woman at the front desk for about 30 minutes and stood there for another 20 in silence. Somehow when she statted talkimg to us again, picking up the car one day late, the price tripled. Turns out they were trying to change our reservation us from the 26th-31 to the 26th-jan 4th. After we settled that it was still way more than we thought, turns out she charged us for an extra day anyway including the day we missed due to the delayed flight. Despite clearly stating the correct rental dates when we spoke to them face to face, multiple times. They still added an extra day after confirming.
To make matters worse, the customer service was unprofessional. We were told to find our car in the lot by pressing the panic button, but it didn’t work. (Side note, I'm 28 weeks pregnant wandering around a parking lot searching for this car with all of our bags. ) When we finally located the car, it was parked so tightly between two other vehicles that we couldn't get it out. We had to go back inside to get assistance. They didn’t bother to walk us to the car or do an inspection with us, so I had to inspect the car myself to avoid any future charges. I have photos date stamped and emailed to my husband.
Additionally, they told us to return the car with a full tank of gas, but when we picked it up, the tank was only at three-quarters. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and hidden fees left me extremely dissatisfied. I will definitely avoid renting from Green Motion again. Not to mention the outrageous fee for tolls!!!

We waited over 30 minutes just to talk to someone about our car rental. This is the sofa they provide for customers waiting. To be clear we did NOT sit on it. Also they have trash overflowing everywhere. It’s a very unkept place. It’s an off airport car rental and the shuttle service is roughly 10 min. The young lady working was very friendly. She was completely on her own and this business is the one that should be grateful to have her. She checked us in and was the one that also had to go get our car and make sure it was clean! The 3 stars are because of the young girl working the counter otherwise it would be zero stars.

Our family recently visited Orlando and chose Green Motion Car Rental for our vehicle needs, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! After reading some of the reviews, we were a little scared. So, I felt it was even more important to tell about our check-in experience. Beginning with our shuttle driver he was awesome (so sorry, I didn't get his name)! The shuttle vehicle was very nice and clean. Upon entering the location, it looked and smelled clean, very inviting. Although there was a short wait (likely due to some customers not being fully prepared), the check-in process and vehicle retrieval were smooth and efficient.

When we reached the customer service representative Natalia (I hope I’ve spelled her name correctly!), she was incredibly polite and attentive. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially since we had more luggage than expected. Natalia’s dedication and efficiency meant we were all set and ready to go in less than 10 minutes—impressive!

The vehicle we rented was clean, comfortable, and ready for our journey. A huge thank-you to Natalia and the entire Green Motion team for making this part of our trip stress-free and enjoyable. We will definitely recommend Green Motion to friends and family visiting Orlando and look forward to renting with you again in the future!

The customer service is 10/10. Natalia is great. The car was new. The insurance process is easy and fast. They have a portal where they verify it. You just have to follow the steps. I received it before arriving but my husband didn't know and he did it again there. We didn't like the fact that it was outside the airport at first, but when I got back to return the car it was a smooth process. The shuttle was already there waiting for me and Natalia, who was there again, sent me everything by email. In less than 15 minutes I was already at the airport. Thank you Green Motion - Omni Parking.

I was nervous reading all the reviews up to the time we were to rent the vehicle . We arrived and there were 4 people in line the was not bad at all The girl that checked us out was very nice And that is why I gave 2 stars and no zero The van that they so called cleaned dirty- tire pressure was on the whole week we had vehicle called and they did not seem worried When dropping off they could care less I had called because our drop off time was for 9pm and when I read the contract day of return saw that the van was to be returned by 12 I called and she assured me I would be charge for anything past1pm we had the car back at 6m and they charged us 273.00 BE AWARE ! When we arrived to return the vehicle the intake man RUDE JUST RUDE When you thought you were saving money with PRICELINE that’s a joke was charged double the amount that I was told Never will I use Green Motion and or Priceline again !!
