Strafzettel während Buchung erhalten. Sofort gezahlt (43€). Sowohl den Strafzettel als auch die Bearbeitungsgebühr (29,75€). Jedoch hat Hertz zwei mal eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 29,75€ erhoben und es ans Inkassobüro Monate später weitergeleitet. Am Ende 214,84€ für einmal Überziehen der Parkdauer bezahlt. Danke Hertz.

Wollte Fr-So am Koblenzer Hbf ein Fzg, buchen. Ist bei Hertz nicht möglich, weil Sonntags geschlossen... Hertz braucht wohl keine Wochenendkundschaft - ich jedoch ein Mietfahrzeug in Koblenz am Bahnhof 🙁

I chose to use Hertz because the website lists their Koblenz office as being at the Koblenz bahnhof. I arranged to return my hire car to Koblenz so that I could catch a train from there. I arrived 30 minutes before my train was due to leave and searched for the office. It was not there even though the website says it is. I phoned the hertz office and was told that the office is actually a 10-15 minute drive away. The lady on the phone was very helpful and sent someone to collect the car. Eric, who came to collect the car was also very helpful and apologetic. However, Hertz needs to accurately list its address as this seriously impacted my plans and caused unnecessary stress. Similarly, when I picked up the car at the Frankfurt airport, the phoneline to the hertz desk was purposely not connected as it would mean they’d have to answer calls, so I was unable to speak to anyone about where the desk was located in the terminal. Alexis and Adrian were helpful but hertz seems to make it very difficult to find their own office or hire desk. How hard can it be to get their own address correct or to provide accurate information about where to find the hire desk? Even though the staff were lovely and helpful, I won't use hertz again. Never ever again.

First of all, the actual Hertz place is not at the train station. It is at an off-site location. You need to go the DB ticket information desk in the main entrance of the station. It next to the DB Information desk which is completely different and has no idea where the Hertz desk is. At the desk, they will call Hertz to have the vehicle brought to you. Our vehicle happened to have been brought to the station in advance, but the desk staff did not realize the keys were in an envelope with our name on it until after making us wait 15 minutes thinking that the vehicle was on the way. Once we got the vehicle, it was just out front of the station, down the stairs, in an underground parking lot. That was very convenient. It was unfortunate that we did not see the Hertz email until after the whole debacle of finding the desk and waiting for the keys. Hertz sent an email under a name of an employee instead of the company and the email had no subject title. It looked like a spam email upon first glance. The only reason this got 2 stars was because of the lady at the desk who was a non Hertz employee who helped us a ton.
