I had the pleasure of speaking with Denice, who ultimately made shopping for a waist trainer a great experience. She listened to my needs and knew exactly what would fit. I'd purchased a waist trainer 2 years ago and it was too small. Denise was able to ensure that I received the right fit this time. When I received it, I couldn't wait to put it on..perfect fit! I've been wearing it for 3 days now and it is comforming to my shape. It's easy to wear and sleep in. I plan to wear it as much as possible to get what I want to include working out. Thanks again Denice for providing such wonderful customer service. I can't end without acknowledging Samantha from the support side. I just ordered this on the 4th of July to support black businesses. Unfortunately, I received the wrong size which it was suppose to be a 2x and I received a 1x that was mislabeled with what seems to be a small instead of a the 2x. This is why blacks don't like to support their own! The fact that they don't want to refund or exchange, for customer satisfactions shows a lot. PLEASE CONTACT THE BBB TO MAKE FUTURE COMPLAINTS!

I always try to support Black owned businesses and will admit that I sometimes hold them to a higher standard. The first time I ordered from LyBella, I was away on a girls trip so several of us placed orders. I received mine timely and it fit perfectly. My sister's took a bit longer to arrive and when she contacted customer service they apologized and immediately issued her a refund. She received her package the very next day. She called to tell them and they said not to worry and to let them know how she liked it. WOW, I was very impressed with the response and response time.

A wonderful experience. Customer service was impeccable and extremely professional. The agent I dealt with was thorough; answered all of many questions and soothed all my concerns about making a purchase. Starting my work out journey was daunting enough but their confidence and knowledge was exactly what I needed. Once I received my items I was so excited and satisfied with the quality of the trainer and the clothing sets. I even received a follow up to ensure I was pleased with my decision. I will be a returning customer and they will continue to have my support in the future. Keep up the excellent work.

I loveeeeeee my lubella waist trainer. If you read her instructions and measure yourself accordingly, like I did, you will love this waist trainer. They also have a video showing you how to put your waist trainer on correctly. I will purchase again. Thanks so much. A happy customer. 🤗🤗🤗

The waist trainer is not big girl friendly. I’m a size 1X and ordered a size 2X waist trainer that did not fit. When I reached out to the owner and asked how can I exchange it for a larger size , I was told No that she can’t except an exchange but offered a discount for a new purchase and was also told I should of followed the size chart which I feel should of been advertised when you go to start the order but hey that is the mistake I made. But to not at least offer an exchange is not retail friendly. She should of advertised next to the size chart final sale no refunds or exchanges. I would never purchase or recommend this company and it’s very said due to I love supporting black owned businesses and they wonder why us blacks don’t support one another.

THE BEST waist trainer hands down (not up for debate), I said what I said!!! Lol. Very comfortable, great material, no smell, able to wear ALL day if I desire, great customer service, great shipping, I can go on all day. It has encouraged me to get back into shape and the results are looking great, thank you Bella for creating a trainer that is functionable. Ordering a size down this week and I’m super excited too see what I look like by the summer ❤️😘🙌🏾

I love my Bella Thermal Workout Trainer. The quality is AMAZING! I LOVE that I could wear the waist trainer all day without discomfort. I'm 5' 11" and It's very hard for tall girls like me to find a waist-trainer that fits, but this is it! I know with my Bella Trainer my body will be summer-ready 😉.
