I had my procedure done at the Mira Mesa clinic. I'm very impressed with their costumer service from my initial call to set up an appointment, to my first consult and up to my last treatment. For 5 five months of continuous visit, the staff and Dr. Tess have been attentive to my treatments. I could have went to another provider but this location is conveniently located to my house. I met Dr. Tess on the day of my first consult even though she was not scheduled to do my consult. She assured me that I will be happy with the final result before my summer vacation. I'm happy with the result of the procedure which I failed achieve with diet and exercise. Thank you Dr. Tess and staff for your excellent service.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure meeting Dr. Tess who is a very warm person, not pushy and very personable - she made me feel very relaxed. The procedure went well, can't say it wasn't painful but I expected that. Dr. Tess did reiterate that she could give me a numbing injection beforehand but I decided not to, next time maybe I will! I had been looking for a local doctor and I think I've found one.

This is specifically for the Miramar location, but from the get go, I was hooked. The clinic is absolutely beautiful inside. Every person I encountered in the office was so welcoming. They all truly made me feel at home. I would recommend this place to any and everyone, especially if you want to feel better in your own skin. My consultation was great, not rushed, and I never felt like I was being pushed into any decision. Veronica was so sweet and understanding. Thank you all so much for making my experience with you so wonderful.

She was delightful and so entirely helpful. She answered all of our questions and concerns in a professional manner. We will return as a client because of our now known knowledge of Dr. Tess’s expertise and the procedure we were there to discuss. I went to Dr. Tess to get treatment for my acne.I love their staff and they are very accommodating. Christine made it possible to get me the first treatment on the same day I had my consultation. My first treatment was at the Miramar clinic which is also a beautiful clinic and the staff there were very friendly and made me comfortable. Everyone was also nice at the eastlake office where I got my second treatment. The results are amazing and I'm so happy to finally went and get treated. Highly recommended

If you are looking for a professional and positive environment for anti-aging treatments, I can't recommend the staff at Dr. Tess highly enough. They explain the procedures thoroughly and do everything to insure their patient's comfort. Perhaps most importantly, the results are fantastic! Have been coming for 3 years and couldn't be happier with the changes in my skin ...and the compliments I receive after, are an added bonus!

Writing on my husbands Google account. Great experience at Dr. Tess. She provides the epitome of courtesy and care while you are there. The staff is second to none. Always caring and thoughtful. They profusely take into account the customers schedule allowing flexibility in appointments. I am a repeat visitor. I wish they were closer but worth traveling over 3.5 hours to visit. You WILL NOT be DISAPOINTED!
