I have been coming to MLazy for years. The new owners have really done a fantastic job with all the changes they have made. The cabin I stayed in was updated, very comfortable and clean. The horse paddocks have been doubled in size making it much more comfortable for my horse to stay. As always the riding was spectacular. With the national forest for your backyard you can ride for hours. This will definitely continue to be an annual trip for me.

If you are anywhere near Lake George, Colorado you need to stop by M Lazy C. My wife and I went Horseback riding and had an amazing time. We had little to no experience but the staff (Jackie) took the time to show us the ropes. She let us bond with our horses by letting us brush and feed us treats. She then demonstrated how to control and the horses and what to do in emergencies. We then went on a ride through their ranch and it was gorgeous! Luckily we were there in late September so we had the chance to admire the Fall Alpine tree changing colors.

They offer many other services other than riding, we got a tour of their facilities and it truly is amazing. The cabins are clean, rustic and absolute cozy. This place is about an hour away from Breckenridge, so if you are looking for a unique place to stay for your winter vacations, this would be the perfect spot if you don't want to spend the crazy prices for lodging near the mountain.

We had such a great time at M Lazy C Ranch! Thanks to Jackie for the hospitality. She was there to greet us as soon as we pulled in. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The house we stayed in was perfect for my family with the upstairs bedroom including a half bath. We loved opening up the shades in the morning to see the beautiful horses right outside. Our children played on the zip lines and other outdoor activities during the day and we made smores at night around the fire pit. We also rode the horses, which was another highlight for our family. Surrounding the ranch are trails that we explored, which were also amazing! Overall, the ranch was very cute with the western style cabins and scenic views. Very relaxing and we can't wait to return.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Finding the ranch was easy, the roads were clear and well taken care of. Ample space for all types of activities, we hiked and visited all the playgrounds on the property. We enjoyed petting the horses and mules. The horses are well trained, perfect for both new and experienced riders. The ranch offers horseback riding classes as well as guided rides. We stayed at the Homestead cabin and enjoyed being able to cook in the big kitchen. We used the propane fire pit for s’mores. It truly was a great experience!

I came to the ranch for an escaped and that's exactly what it provided me! The food was amazing. the room was spotless and the service and kindness of these people were remarkable. Which made the stay so much better. Hence the perfect five out of five stars! Great Job and keep up the AMAZING work! Thank you again ?.

Beautiful place! We had a nice stay, very quiet and peaceful. Absolutely gorgeous area. The cabin we stayed in was clean and neat. The bathroom was nice as well. The beds weren't great....we couldn't use the bottom bunk of the bunk beds because the top mattress was too low and made it feel like we were laying in a MRI machine. The larger bed swayed like a cruise ship hammock! That aside, this is a very nice place to have a quiet, beautiful stay. We didn't take advantage of any horseback riding or UTV riding, but that is available and would be a great family outing. Overall a nice place!

This place is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we had everything we wanted. Jacqueline was our go-to contact around the ranch as well as our horseback guide and she killed it. Only thing I would recommend is bringing food to fill your fridge, because the options in nearby towns are very limited and still kind of out of the way.

We loved our stay at M Lazy C Ranch with our church group. The staff was helpful and bent over backwards to accommodate us. The cabins and bathrooms were clean and fully stocked with all the necessary supplies.
The kids loved horseback riding and the rifle/gun ranges on the property.
We would definitely go back.
