The owner told me " u r in America and u did not have to leave your car here so I can work on it, it's a free country and I can do what ever I want ". After I asked him about the bill
. I said to him" explain exactly what I am being charged ". I noticed some discrepancy on the bill . He over charged me on the parts and labor. To change one back break caliper and back break pad ,bill came out to 550$. One caliper minimum 90$, break pads at least 40$.. He charged me 150$ for one caliper and 70$ for break pads plus 25$ for break fluid and the rest labor.

Be careful here. Came here last June to get my catalytic converter replaced so I could pass smog. After getting the repair done, a few hours later into the evening my converter was stolen. My neighbor also has a Prius and parks on the street, and her car remain untouched.

1 year later, and the event repeated itself. I wouldn't trust sharing any of my information with the employees here. The owner seems like a nice person, but something isn't right here.

I’ve been here a couple of times for maintenance, this past time by father took my car to get an oil change when i was asleep, when i got the car back i realized that my wallet was inside the car when he took it for maintenance and the cash i had in the wallet was stolen… very disappointed and concerned if they took pictures of my credit or debit card info.

Don’t take your car here! They ARE NOT capable of doing electrical work and have been giving me the run around excuses. They are sleezy, shady bunch of fools who will take you for granted. Even the specialists that actually fixed my car notes how these guys did a bad Job( Orozcos in Bellflower is amazing fyi). So to sum it up these GUYS SUCK!!!!!

Horrible service, Mohammed doesn’t have any people skills and I assume he’s the owner, Memo is a deceitful businessman that charged us double despite saying it would only be ~$700. Went in because the Volkswagon Jetta I had heated up, after all was said and done we paid $1.4k and the car still had the same problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND, get your car serviced elsewhere!!!

Terrible customer service and very crooked I would advise not to come here. I went to get my car serviced for a check engine light and after paying $1,042.80 my check engine light is still on, I am highly dissatisfied and when I called to get it reconciled they said I’d have to pay another $160 for a diagnosis when originally they said was $65. I’d advise not to trust them if you have a foreign vehicle such as myself (BMW) they’re just looking for a quick buck.

This place is horrible, the tall man with the glasses, I believe he is the owner, is extremely rude. I had taken my car to auto zone since my engine light came on. I showed the owner the report that auto zone had given me and he throws the paper back at me and says, "this paper is useless to me, do you know that auto zone is not a mechanic and it's a place to buy car parts?" I then told him I was just showing him the report I got and if he could help me, he said "if you want my help the diagnostic is $150, I am busy so figure out what you want to do and let me know" and he walked away and went to go work on another car. I am in disbelief that this man still has business with the way he treats people.

It didn't pass the smog check and I'll be back after repairs and there'll be no charge. Awesome service, honest people and respect your time, if they say it'll be ready at a certain time, it is! Thank you!
