I came here based on reviews however, I should have listened to the reviews on their offers for purchase. It is very low , I was offered $20 for a diamond necklace. Absolutely crazy. They may be good for purchase but not for the trade in aspect

We have used M&M jeweler for over 15 years and have had nothing but professional quality service. It’s an immigrant family own business. The jeweler, his wife, his daughter, everyone has been completely friendly and professional to us. We have had battery watches installed, jewelry repaired and made multiple purchases from here. We will continue to use them as our go to jeweler. As for the negative reviews on here, all I can say is we have never had that experience. But as a business owner, we always have to understand that sometimes people do have a bad day and you should give the business owner a chance to make something right. We have also had people post negative reviews that were never our customers and got us confused with someone else. When requested to make things right or to have the negative review taken down but these people failed to respond.

I went in to have a bracelet resized. I’ve heard similar things done with the other jewelers. Money isn’t an issue for me, Thank God. The rude man who owns this place and treats his staff abusively Refused to even give me a price quote, apparently he was doing some horizontal chair exercises in the back room and his assistant who he yelled at came back and said he couldn’t help me with it.

I have never in my life had such terrible service, nor seen such a rude porcine fellow treating staff abusively so openly. Apparently he spends the little money he does make (when his laziness is overwhelmed by his greed) on bots here giving reviews. Don’t go here or you’ll regret it

I took in two very special rings to be sizes. One was the last gift my late husband gave me that needed sizing and the other was his wedding ring that I resized for me to wear in his memory. The jeweler was super-nice and was able to do the job that most jewelers would not do because of the great sizing difference. I was very pleased with the end results and with the service. I will definitely be back.

Took a $2,600 ring to see how much they'd buy it for and he offered me $60. It took everything I had not to laugh and walked out. I understand trying to make a profit but don't insult people.
