M Perez Corp was initially hired by the sellers to fix and paint the outside of the house and they did such a great job that we hired them to replace the carpet upstairs with hardwood. This led to hiring them to then paint the kitchen cupboards, paint the walls, remove the popcorn ceilings and fix the leaking patio roof along with replacing the ceiling tile of the patio. They have been very professional and helpful, providing guidance through every step of the process. I valued their attentiveness to what I wanted and their reasonable pricing and would definitely reach out to them first for any additional work I would want done on the house in the future.

Ana Maria and Mauricio are amazing! They transformed my kitchen cabinets and backsplash! They painted the cabinets and put in the backsplash. Mauricio is a tireless worker and can pretty much do it all! Ana Maria has amazing ideas and suggestions! Excellent communication and more than fair prices! Mauricio also hung my new tv and electric fireplace. I will be working with them on another project in the near future. 5 stars!! Amazing work!

I hired them for painting the house my husband and I just bought. Inside, the house had 5 different colors and among them was a dark one, the final job was a dream, you could not tell the house was so many colors at the beginning, the doors needed a good painting and now they look like new. They painted the outside and cleaned the porch and the entry way, wow it is so clean now, I did not now the concrete outside had that beautiful color underneath. They always covered the floors to make sure no paint stain them.

I am very satisfied with the job they did and I definitely would recommend them to friends an family and I would call them again for anything I need in the future.
