It was such a long and lengthy process not major worlds issue it was my own. But the dedication and hard work was very much appreciated ! Sam is the best. After reading a few reviews all i kept seeing was his name and decided to go in and give him a shot, let me say other reviews were right. Sam is so patient and dedicated to finding you the exact car you want. He’s not like the others who will just try to put you into something just to get the sale he really cares about his customers. Daisy in insurance is amazing she worked endlessly for me to help me with my insurance issue. We worked for 2 days straight to get it right and that we did. Brian, thank you for not giving up also. Your hard work and dedication doesn’t go unnoticed! SAM IS THE GUY YOU NEED TO SEE! Great experience and better customer service, Sam was very patient with me and even came in on his day off to help me make the purchase. The contrast between Major World and other dealerships is night and day, no surprise additional fees and no shoving cars you’re uninterested in down your throat. Sergio, the finance manager was especially patient as I read the fine print of all the documents I signed. I’ll happily recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Can’t say anything negative about my experience with Major World. Sam was awesome from beginning to end. We went over many cars until I found the one I was happy with. Sam was very welcoming and patient, he helped my parents and I pick out a fantastic car that fit within our budget and specification needs! And Jean was equally as patient, helped us finalize the transaction, and got the best deal possible for us! We’ve been to a couple dealerships in the area these past few months, and they were awful; none of them helped us like these two did! I would say I hope to do business with them again, but I expect this car to last us a very long time!

Just got my new car at Major World on Northern Blvd and I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly and easy the whole process was. Getting there me and my husband were greeted by Fernando who went over all of the information and show us their best cars that match our budget. They have an amazing inventory and along with Sergio they explain to us all the financing options and helped us staying in a comfortable monthly payment and still get the car we wanted!! They even helped us with insuring the car as they have a broker that, for a small fee helps you get the best quotes. And you only pay the fee if you decide to accept the offer. Would most definitely recommend coming here for your new car!!
