Der Mitarbeiter war kompetet und freundlich. Die gewünschte Fahrzeugkategorie war nicht verfügbar und so wurden wir problemlos auf einen Mercedes upgegradet. Das Fahrzeug war neuwertig und blitzsauber. Da wir wegen Corona einen Tag eher und zeitlich ungüstig zum Flieger mussten baten darum, das Auto am Flughafen abgeben zu können. Die Umbuchung verlief problemlos. Wir hatten nach 2 Std. die neue korrekte Rechnung per eMail erhalten. Die Rückgabe am Flughafen wurde problemlos und ohne viel Aufhebens erledigt.

The manager downgraded our vehicle category and spoke to us very rudely. She did not have a badge, so we do not even know her name. This behavior is completely unacceptable. We were asked to pay an additional $2,000 to change our full-size car to any available, such as a premium model.

Horrible, had a reservation in this lost place of the world, got there 2 hours earlier then my reservation and they made me wait 1:30h to get the car. Everybody was tense, the attendent Juan was unhinged and should not be treating with clients. Manager could not do anything to help, his best help was to provide the address of a local cafe..
Alexis one of the attendants there, was the only one to be more helpful and had some more courtesy to my situation.

Great location and thanks to Karen our experience was even better. We got upgraded to a mini convertible (which we loved!) but was a bit small for our needs so they changed to a X5 that was perfect! For the price it has been the best rental experience I’ve had

Upon arrival I was told that the car I reserved was not available. After over an hour they were able to find me a car, in a different category than I selected. At that moment I thought my suffering was over but was told the car had to be clean and that there were 3 other vehicles ahead of me, mind you they were from customers who arrived after me. What I was told would take 15 min ended up costing me another 45 minutes. I was there for a total of two hours. And when questioned the wait I was given attitude by the customer service rep named Cash after I had been nothing but gracious and patient for TWO HOURS. My car finally pulled up and I was ready to go when I was about to sit down I noticed how “clean” the car was. I’ve been using Sixt for over 10 years and have never had an experience like this.

I recently rented from this location and the service was amazing. I had to readjust my rental agreement because the site doesn’t tell you about a holding fee that will be place on the card that’s being used nonetheless Juan was able to make the proper adjustments quickly and I was on my way in no time! The car was clean and smelled brand new. I’ll continue to rent from this location.

We had low pressure tire error on our car rental, stoped at this location to ask for tire service and response of lady on the front desk (unfortunately don’t remember the name but it was at 3 pm on 06/02/2024) was “there is gas station across go there “. It was simply rude. Please instruct your employees on how to communicate with customers. No solution was offered to us.
