Amazing Sixt location! And more so, thanks to Yash for the genuine and professional assistance in finding me the perfect rental for my short stay! Sam and Mike helped me a lot with renting and switching cars. The car I rented had unstable tire pressure, and they went out of their way to resolve the issue. They even took into account that I am pregnant and helped me upgrade to a more stable and safer car. I am truly grateful to them.

Worst experience I have ever had. This is my third time renting with the company the first time went smooth and amazing service. The second time was great also as far as the checkout. Returning the vehicle and trying to rent another car that was a disaster. That’s not why I’m on here about this review. The review is in regard to their renting policy and the use of debt card which I used on both transactions same card. This last time I returned my vehicle on August 26th and today is September 17 and still having received my holding deposit back along with the additional overcharge of the account. I received the updated invoice from the company with the correct amount of charges on the invoice and the company still is over charging me and when I ask about my security deposit they ignore me and now I’m jumping through hoops for the last 6 days providing all this documents they keep asking for and when I call to check the status they want more documents. I’ve even asked them to let’s do a three way with my bank to resolve the issue since your company is still holding the funds they told me no and they will get back to me in 15 to 28 days. If I wait 15 days that will be 6 weeks and 28 days will put me at two months that doesn’t make sense. The company is refusing to help and now I will be contacting BBB and Dept of consumer affairs as well. I shouldn’t have to wait this long to have them fix an error they made. Watch your card they will charge and release and charge and release and charge. My bank told me they did this 9x. So be careful
