The doctors are all very nice but the women up front do not answer the phone calls at all! I've called for 3 days about a medication refill and even sent one threw my portfolio Sunday night and no response still. I'm not due for a appointment and I'm on time for my refill this just makes no sense .

Front office is horrible. Always put you on hold for 15 plus minutes when trying to schedule an appointment.

I see Karen Glover. She's a good
doctors' assistant. She's very thorough and easy to talk to.
She helped me find transportation
to get my tests done. She goes over and above what she has to do.
It's good to know I'm taken care of!

Doctor Karen Mcfaul-Glover is amazing she listens and doesn't try to rush you out like other doctors. That being said I had to take two stars away for the horribly rude and lazy women that work up front answering the phones especially one of them I'm not sure of her name she has a lot of ear piercings . They act like your doing something wrong for calling and don't relay messages to the doctors . It just doesn't make the experience very welcoming .

Dr. Naguib may be one of the most intelligent, caring and compassionate people I have had the pleasure of meeting. He makes me feel so comfortable and not rushed when you have a visit. He is polite , kind and authentic. What a breath of fresh air in this crazy, rushed world. His staff is amazing and run a well organized office. Definitely 5 stars!!

I have only been going to Dr. Naquib for a year but feel I can truly trust his judgement. I like the fact that although my first visit was with his nurse practitioner he made a point to come in and introduce himself. My second visit was with him to review my test results and I found him to be thorough in his explanations. My consequent visits were great. I was impressed how he purposely tried to connect with me as an individual. I also feel like he loves his work!

Robbin Witkowski, my PCP, does a fantastic job with my care. She's very thorough and patient with my needs and concerns. She helped me recover from a work injury and made sure I got all the testing and paperwork complete. It is always a pleasure coming to see her because I know I'll have great care!
