Making this review to keep track of how long it will take management/maintenance to address our requests. We put in a maintenance request on May 26, 2022 for a broken, brand new dishwasher (our unit was renovated right before move in) and a window AC unit for the second floor. The AC unit was left on the floor next to the window and although we could install it ourselves that would defeat the purpose of paying a maintenance fee. It has now been 18 days since our requests was first put in. Given how quickly management would react to a missed rent payment I'm inclined to believe they are actually capable of being efficient. I will update this review whenever our maintenance request has been addressed to make future tenants aware.

A worker finally came and fix the dishwasher. The worker was here for less than 5 minutes. This was not a maintenance worker but a builder for the remodeled units. In total it took management a whole 23 days to fix our request. Will update again once our AC unit has been installed.

These apartments are generally pretty nice, but the neighbors at the house next door have dogs that bark every single time we walk past their yard to get to our building. They also (the neighbors, not the dogs) screamed at my partner for standing with our dog in one of the parking spots in front of the apartments for literally less than five minutes waiting for me to get home to pick them up.

This is a more minor issue but I also wish it was a flat rate for utilities instead of changing wildly every month. I wouldn't lower my rating because of this because I know it isn't the apartments, it's the gas prices from Xcel, but this has led to utility bills anywhere from like $80 or so to almost $200 for a one bedroom, which makes it hard to budget for rent from each paycheck and causes a lot of stress waiting for that bill to show up. It's especially frustrating since we can't control the heat in our own apartments so I can't even just keep the thermostat at the lowest temperature to stop pipes freezing to try to lower the bill. I would rather pay for more than we use some months in order to have a flat rate of whatever the average is. Again, a fairly minor issue but one of the only problems I've had with living here.
